Abstract

The hooks are for fixing wigs, hair pieces, or chignons, made of natural or synthetic hair, on to the hair of the user. The hooks are attached to the periphery of the lining of the wig by sewing or hooking. The hooks are made in an extended loop with two parallel branches (1, 2) on which a supple tube slides. The branches have one part which is curved towards the exterior (6, 7) forming an enlarged opening(8) between them in which a lock of hair is introduced. The tube is then slid past the curved part to hold the hair in place.
