Abstract

The mobile home has an initial low height which can be increased, when in use, to include a sleeping compartment in the top. The front walls are simultaneously unfolded, the beds lifted into position, from being folded away in the bottom half. The rigid roof is raised by an external system comprising an inverted U shaped support resting on the chassis and sliding inside the mobile walls, and folded back on the roof in its lower position. The external system has lifting pulleys and a hoist. Alternatively, there may be an internal system with hinged supports integrated in the sides of the bottom half and connected by pulleys and cables to a transverse axle incorporated in the floor.
