Abstract

L'invention concerne le contrôle du vissage d'éléments filetés. Il est décrit un procédé et appareil permettant d'assembler deux éléments présentant des parties filetées conjuguées d'assemblage par vissage, pour assurer qu'un nombre spécifié de filets ont été mis en prise et qu'un couple spécifique a été appliqué. Les parties filetées conjuguées sont vissées l'une dans l'autre, cependant que des mesures du couple nécessaire pour faire tourner l'un des éléments par rapport à l'autre et des mesures du nombre de tours des éléments l'un par rapport à l'autre sont effectuées. Pour assurer qu'un mauvais joint n'est pas en train d'être formé, les mesures de couple et de nombre de tours doivent rester entre les limites de paramètres spécifiés. Application : vissage de raccords, ou de tubes, etc.
