Abstract

The cable lock and seal device has a body with two parallel openings on opposite sides, a cam (24) having first and second inclined surfaces on opposite sides, a spring (31) and a first disc (32) engageable with the spring and first inclined surface. A second disc (34) is engageable with the second inclined surface. A cable is held between the second disc and the body. An indentation (43) in the body locks an end of the cable in one opening. The other opening receives the other end of the cable, which is locked against movement in one direction by the first disc. The second disc and indentation lock movement of the cable in either direction.
