Abstract

Cutter comprises a fixed blade, and another blade which, in conjunction with a take-up element forms a mobile fitment which is mounted on a turning part of the machine. They are held together by a screw inserted in the holes. The mobile fitment assembly of the take-up element and blade is easily and cheaply produced, and the re-sharpening of the blade may be effected easily.
