Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de cloutage pour assurer l'enfoncement de clous, provenant d'une bande continue dans laquelle deux clous voisins sont réunis par un court pontet de liaison. Ce dispositif comprend un poinçon mobile 5, une tête de cloutage 1 qui guide ce poinçon, des moyens d'alimentation en clous 3, des moyens d'entraînement du poinçon, et des moyens de commande de ces derniers; le poinçon est pourvu d'arêtes tranchantes pour sectionner les pontets de liaison de chaque clou, cependant que la tête de cloutage présente une lumiere d'entrée 2 et une lumière d'éjection 4 qui positionnent le clou en place et font office de contreforme de decoupe. Le dispositif de l'invention peut se présenter sous forme de machine fixe ou de pistolet et permet d'assurer la pose automatique de clous.
