Abstract

Machine réalisant automatiquement la division de masses de pâte en vrac d'un poids quelconque en morceaux du volume ou poids désiré. Elle comprend une trémie de chargement du vrac 1 fixée étanche sur un cylindre 2 comportant deux ouvertures dont la première débouche dans la tremie 1 et la seconde en dehors. Deux pistons 4 et 5 translatent à l'intérieur. Lorsque la pâte à diviser est dans la trémie 1 et les pistons l'un près de l'autre sous la trémie, on met en marche. Le plateau-manivelle 14 tire le coulisseau Il par la bielle 15. Le coulisseau Il entraîne le piston 4 seul, aspirant ainsi la pâte dans le cylindre. La butee 16 atteint le taquet réglable 18 quand le volume désiré est atteint; elle pousse alors de coulisseau 12 d'où le piston 5. Les deux pistons continuent leur course ensemble, ils détachent de la masse le morceau de pâte aspiré et l'amène en regard de la deuxième ouverture du cylindre. A ce moment le levier d'éjection 17 à course multipliée vient pousser le taquet fixe 19 imprimant une accélération au coulisseau 12 et au piston 5 qui rattrape le piston 4 en fin de course, éjectant ainsi le morceau de pâte aspiré par l'ouverture du cylindre. Pour le retour en position départ le piston 4 pousse directement le piston 5.
