Abstract

L'invention concerne l'obturation étanche du débouché par exemple dans une chambre de jonction d'un tube souterrain pour le passage d'un câble par exemple de télécommunications. Des flasques annulaires souples 1, 9 reliés par des boulons 3 et écrous 14 enserrent un manchon 5 en matériau élastomère pourvu de saillies périphériques 6. Des fentes radiales 4, 7, 13 permettent de monter l'ensemble sur le câble, avant de l'enfoncer dans le débouché du tube. Le serrage des flasques provoque l'expansion du manchon pour le bloquer en place et refermer les fentes. Un lubrifiant hydrofuge interposé entre le dispositif et le câble permet le libre coulissement de ce dernier en évitant toute entrée d'eau Les saillies du manchon empêchent l'éjection du dispositif par l'effet des vibrations.
