Abstract

L'invention concerne un mécanisme d'entraînement par fluide sec comportant un corps monté rotatif autour d'un axe central et comprenant une cavité coaxiale au corps et contenant un fluide sec. Selon l'invention, ledit corps a des parois latérales qui définissent ladite cavité, inclinées vers l'intérieur en direction l'une de l'autre pour former une zone rétrécie à proximité de la périphérie de la cavité pour recevoir ledit fluide sec, un ensemble rotor est disposé dans ladite cavité et comporte un moyeu aligné sur l'axe central dudit corps et se prolongeant axialement à partir dudit corps, ledit rotor comprenant une partie centrale disposée radialement et une joue s'étendant latéralement à la périphérie de ladite partie centrale et disposée dans ladite zone rétrécie de manière à coopérer avec ledit fluide sec pendant la rotation dudit rotor et dudit corps.
