Abstract

L'invention concerne un système collecteur de courant électrique. Un conducteur sous tension est enfermé dans une enveloppe isolante, des segments de contact disposés en rangée le long du conducteur traversant l'enveloppe et montés élastiquement et isolés les uns des autres et du conducteur; un dispositif collecteur de courant roule sur la rangée de segments, pour amener, par pression, la surface intérieure de chacun de ces segments, successivement, en contact électrique avec le conducteur sous tension. Chaque segment comporte une partie formant barre, traversant l'enveloppe, et dirigée perpendiculairement au conducteur sous tension et à la direction de déplacement des segments. Ces derniers peuvent saillir hors de l'enveloppe pour former un entraînement par crémaillère, le dispositif collecteur de courant comportant alors une roue constituant pignon. Application : tramways, etc.
