Abstract

Cette pompe est du type comprenant au moins un piston de pompe et une commande à cames combinée avec un dispositif de variation de l'avance et/ou du retard à l'injection. Le dispositif de variation 2 agit par un doigt 5 sur la commande à cames 1 et comprend un piston 9. Sur la face 15 de ce piston, agit la pression - vanant en fonction de la vitesse du moteur - d'une pompe d'alimentation de combustible. Sur le côté opposé du piston 9, agit un ressort de rappel 10. Selon l'invention, la précontrainte du ressort 10 peut être modifiée, par le déplacement de son élément d'appui 17, pour passer d'une caractéristique de variation de l'avance à une autre, suivant que le moteur est froid ou chaud. Ce passage est produit manuellement ou automatiquement, en fonction de la température du moteur par exemple.
