Abstract

The continuous panoramic photographic method is for all angles greater or less than 360 deg. in particular multiples of 360 deg. and assists of turning the photographic device at a uniform rotational speed around a vertical axis passing through the rear intersection point of the lens whose optical axis is perpendicular to the axis of rotation, whilst the sensitive part of the film is maintained stationary with respect to the zone where the camera is installed. The axis of rotation may be non vertical and the optical axis of the lens is not perpendicular to the axis of rotation if the camera. The sensitive film, in the part to be exposed, suffers a uniform longitudinal displacement with respect to the camera zone. This results in a longitudinal or reduction of the image in the displacement direction.
