Abstract

The mechanism has a hydrostatic pump with case, pivot mounted swash plate and a swivel pin placed such that pressure on the pin moves the plate from the neutral position; an irreversible locking mechanism placed close to the swivel pin and comprising a lead element, and exit element and a locking element. The locking element closes on small movements of the lead element, by the intermediary of the exit element which is fixed to the swivel pin such that small movements of this lead element are reduced to a minimum; the lever allowing manual pressure to be exerted on the lead element.
