Claims (4)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en terapeutiskt användbar peptid med aminosyrasekvensen med formeln 5 R-Arg-X-Y-Z-R1 där R är H, lägre alkyl, acetyl, formyl, lägre alkanoyl; X är Pro, dehydro-Pro, hydroxyl-Pro eller Aib;
10 Y är en aminosyra i D- eller L-form, vald bland följande: Ala, Asp, Glu, Gin, Asn, beta-Asp, Vai tai Ile; Z är Gly eller en aminosyra i D- eller L-form vald bland följande: Vai, Ala, Leu eller Ile; R1 är H eller NR2R3 där R2 och R3 oberoende av var-15 andra är väte eller rakkedjade eller förgrenade alkyler med 1-6 kolatomer, kännetecknat därav, att man a) utför ett fastfasförfarande där man utnyttjar en peptidhartsmellanprodukt, vilken innehäller aminosyragrup- 20 perna i den ovan definierade sekvensen associerade med skyddsgrupper, vilka oberoende av varandra är aminoskyd-dande grupper, hydroxylskyddande grupper, indolskyddande grupper eller imidazolskyddande grupper, och ett harts, vilket utgörs av en fastfaspolymer tili vilken arginin kan 25 kopplas fast med en kovalent bindning; eller • · b) utför en peptidsyntes i lösning omfattande steg-vis eller blockvis koppling av aminosyrorna eller peptid-fragmenten som ingär i formeln ovan tili varandra genom att bilda amidbindningar däremellan, varvid förfarandet 30 resulterar i peptiden enligt formeln.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att peptiden är Arg-Pro-Asp-Val-NHCH(CH3)2 formyl-Arg-Pro-Asp-Val 35 acetyl-Arg-Pro-Asp-Val-NH2 « G Λ 7 C Π S T sJ U U acetyl-Arg-Pro-Ala-Val-NH2 eller acetyl-Arg-Pro-Val-Ala-NH2.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att R1 är NR2R3, R2 är CH3 och R3 är H. 5
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att peptiden är Arg-Pro-Asp-Val-NHCHj formyl-Arg-Pro-Asp-Val-NHCH3 tai acetyl-Arg-Pro-Val-Ala-NHCH3.
