Claims (13)

1. Järnoxidbaserade skivformade pigment med spi-nellstruktur, kännetecknat därav, att de har 5 sammansättningen MnuAlvFe[3.(u>v)).l04.i, väri u är 0,01 - 0,09, v är 0 - 0,3 och z är 0 - 1.
2. Skivformat tväfaspigment, känneteck-10 n a t därav, att ytorna har spinellstruktur med sammansättningen MnuAlvFe[3_(u+v;].104.z, vari u är 0,01 - 0,09, v är 0 - 0,3 och z är 0 - 1, 15 och kärnan har hematitstruktur med sammansättningen MnxAlyFe2_(x.y)03, vari x är 0,01 - 0,06 och y är 0 - 0,2.
3. Förfarande for framställning av pigment enligt 20 patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att man behandlar skivformade utgängspigment, som har hematitstruktur med sammansättningen MnxAlyFe2_(xty)03, vari x är 0,01 - 0,06 och y är 0 - 0,2, vid en förhöjd temperatur med reducerande gaser sä länge, att utgängspigmenten redu-25 ceras totalt.
4. Förfarande för framställning av pigment enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att man behandlar skivformade utgängspigment, som har hematitstruktur med sammansättningen MnxAlyFe2_(xty)03, vari x är 30 0,01 - 0,06 och y är 0 - 0,2, vid en förhöjd temperatur med reducerande gaser och slutar behandlingen innan ut-gängspigmenten reducerats totalt.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3 ellor 4, kännetecknat därav, att man använder väte, am- 35 moniak, kolmonoxid och/eller metan som reducerande gaser. b 9 S O 8
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 3-5, kännetecknat därav, att den reducerande gasen innehäller vattenänga.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 6, k ä n n e -5 tecknat därav, att den reducerande gasen innehäller vattenänga i en mängd som irotsvarar mättningspunkten vid en temperatur av 20 - 85 °C.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 3-7, kännetecknat därav, att man utför behandlingen 10 med den reducerande gasen vid en temperatur av 200 -1200 °C.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 3-8, kännetecknat därav, att man oxiderar den er-hällna produkten med spinellstruktur med sammansättningen
15 MnuAlvFe[3_(u.v)]04 efter reduceringen med syrehaltiga gaser.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9, kännetecknat därav, att den syrehaltiga gasen innehäller mindre än 20 vol-% syre.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9 eller 10, 20 kännetecknat därav, att man utför oxideringen vid en temperatur av 150 - 400 °C.
12. Användning av skivformade pigment enligt patentkraven 1 och 2, kännetecknad därav, att man använder dem för framställning av dekorativa belägg- 25 ningar, speciellt i samband med lack, plast, tryckalster och kosmetiska produkter, för framställning av elektromag-netiska avskärmningar, som substrat för beläggningar och som pigment med magnetiska egenskaper.
