Claims (7)

1. Förfarande för framstä1lning av vatten1ös1iga, i värme härdbara hartskompositioner som innehäller dicyandiamid-formaldehydkondensat, innefattande aterflödeskylning av en vattenlösning av 1 mol dicyandiamid, 0,75-3,5 mol formalde- hyd, 0,125-0,5 ekvivalenter basiskt kväve i form av ett syra-salt av en vattenlöslig polyaminopolyamid och ytterligare en fraktionell ekvivalent basiskt kväve i form av ett ammonium-salt sä att den totala mängden blir frän 0,7 tili 1,2 ekvivalenter basiskt kväve i vattenlösningen, tillsättning tili den sälunda bildade förkondensatlösningen av ytterligare 1,25- 3,75 mol formaldehyd och uppvärmning av blandningen vid 60-100 0 C, kännetecknat av, att före ti 11sättningen av formaldehyd tili förkondensatlösningen tillsättes 0,30-0,45 mol epiklorhydrin, akrylamid eller karbamid per ekvivalent av den totala mängden basiskt kväve, som härrör fran saltet av polyaminopolyamiden och ammoniumsa1 tet, och blandningen uppvärmes vid 50-110°C under cirka 0,25-1,5 timmar och (2) den slutliga blandningen, som innehäller den ytterligare tillsatsen av formaldehyd, uppvärms tills viskositeten hos vattenlösningen av reaktionsprodukten vid en halt fast substans av 50 % är frän cirka U till Z pä Gardner-Ho 1 dt-skalan.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av, att epiklorhydrin sättes tili förkondensatlösningen och att den vattenhaltiga blandningen uppvärmes vid 50-80°C under 15-45 minuter.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av, att akrylamid sättes tili förkondensatlösningen och att den vattenhaltiga blandningen uppvärmes vid 80-110°C under 0,5-1,5 timmar.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av, att karbamid sättes tili förkondesatlösningen och att den vattenhaltiga blandningen uppvärmes vid 80-1]O"C under 0,5-1,5 timmar.
