Claims (16)
1. Finpapper med tillräcklig draghallfasthet och hallfasthet i riktningen av Z-axeln för att tala offset- eller gravyrtryckning med hög hastighet, kännetecknat därav, att det innehaller en sadan mängd mi- neraliskt fyllmedel som i mineralfyllämne/kvadratmetervikt-diagrammet 5 är atminstone i huvudsak pa den kurvan, som gar via punkterna 40% mine- 2 raliskt fyllmedel för en ytvikt av 60 g/m , 50% mineraliskt fyllmedel 2 för en ytvikt av 74 g/m , 60 % mineraliskt fyllmedel för en ytvikt av 2 2 89 g/m , 70% mineraliskt fyllmedel för en ytvikt av 100-225 g/m och vars tjocklek är mellan 38 och 300 pm. 10
2. Finpapper enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, 2 att dess tjocklek är 75-260 pm, ytvikt mellan 44 och 225 g/m , att det innehaller ca 30-70% mineraliskt fyllmedel.
3. Finpapper enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att dess totala fyllmedelinnehäll är högst 50 vikt%.
4. Finpapper enligt nagot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att storleken pl fyllmedelspartiklarna är högst sl stor, att 20 högst en liten brakdel halls pa sikten, vars hai- eller maskstorlek är 44 um.
5. Sätt att framställa finpapper enligt patentkravet 1, med hög hait av mineralfibrer och hög tillverkningshastighet, varvid man framställer 25 en suspension som innehaller fibrer för pappersframställningen, mine-ralfyllmedel och retentionsämne, av vilken suspension man bildar en vat pappersbana, som därefter torkas och ytbehandlas, kännetecknat därav, att papperet framställs som ett finpapper, med 2 en tjocklek mellan 38 och 380 pm, en ytvikt mellan 44 och 225 g/m 30 och att det innehaller över 30 och ända tili 70% mineraliskt fyllmedel och att det har en tillräcklig dragstyrka och Z-styrka för att tala offset- eller djuptryckning med hög hastighet, att massasus-pensionen förutom nämnda fibrer innehlller mineraliskt fyllmedel i tillräckliga mängder för ernaende av en inre retention av 30-70% 35 mineraliskt fyllmedel i den formade pappersbanan att man som mine- 68438 raliskt fyllmedel använder ett mineraliskt fyllmedel, som passar i hop med de ovriga komponenterna att atminstone ett retentionsmedel innefattar en katjonisk polymer att suspenslonen tillförs, ca 3-7% jonisk latex baserat pa suspensionens torrhalt, vllken latex väljes 5 bland latexer som ger god mineralfyllmedelsretention utan väsentlig styrkereduktion och har en laddning som är motsatt och mindre än summan av laddningarna bos övriga ingredienser i suspensionen samt utfälles totalt eller nästan totalt pa fibrerna och fyllmedlen. 10
6. Sätt enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att pappersbanan formas i en planviramaskin.
7. Sätt enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att suspensionen även innehäller hartslim och alun. 15
8. Sätt enligt patentkravet 7, kännetecknat därav, att suspensionen innehaller ca 225-450 g hartslim per ton fasta ämnen i suspensionen och tillräcklig mängd alun för att ge ett pH av 4,0-5,0. 20
9. Sätt enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att suspensionens pH ligger pa den sura sidan.
10. Sätt enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att nämnda joniska latex väljes bland styren-butadien-, akryl- och poly- 25 vinylacetatlatexer.
11. Sätt enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att den joniska latexen är amfotär vid ett pH av 7,0 och katjonisk under sura förhlllanden. 30
12. Sätt enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att det mineraliska fyllmedlet väljes ur en grupp, som omfattar kaolinlera, taik, titandioxid, aluminiumhydrat, hydrerad kiseloxld eller bland-ningar därav. 35
13. Sätt enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att fyllmedlet innefattar en blandning av taik och kaolinlera.
