Claims (10)

1. Strängsprutnings- eller formsprutningsförfarande, i vilken används en blandning av termo- eller härdplast och oorganiskt fyllnadsämne samt expanderingsmaterial sä, att en skumartad struktur erhälles med ökad styvhet, kännetecknat därav, att fyllnadsämnet är aluminiumsilikat, att fyllnadsämnet tillförs nämnda blandning i form av ihäliga partiklar och att fyllnadsämnets specifikä vikt ligger i omrädet 0,5 “ 1,5.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att de ihäliga partiklarna är sfäriska.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännete-ck-nat därav, att tili blandningen har tillsatts fyllnadsämne 5 - 70 vikt-Jt räknat av blandningens totala vikt.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att fyllnadsämnespartiklarna är väsentligen lika stora som plastpartiklarna.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att fyllnadsämnets kemiska sammansättning är sädan, att där ingär kiseldioxid Si02 46 - 68 vikt-5? och aluminiumoxid Al^O^ 20 - 38 vikt-%, varvid den resterande delen är alkaler i form av Na20 och K^O och järnoxid Fe^O^.
6. Ett formbart ämne för användning i ett förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat därav, att det innehäller termo- eller härdplast, i vilken är blandat ett oorganiskt fyllnadsämne som är aluminiumsilikat, i form av ihäliga partiklar, och vars specifika vikt ligger i omrädet 0,5 - 1,5.
7. Ett formbart ämne enligt patentkravet 6, kännetecknat därav, att de ihäliga partiklarna är sfäriska. 1 Ett formbart ämne enligt patentkravet 6 eller 7, kännetecknat därav, att i det är blandat 5 ~ 70 vikt-%
