Claims (15)
1. En väsentligen lösningsmedelsfri vattenhaltig tväkomponentig beläggningskompositionsdispersion, k ä n- 5 netecknad av, att den innehäller a) en vattenhaltig fas, som innehäller 1. en polyolfas, som är vald frän gruppen bestäende av en syrahaltig polyol och en blandning av polyoler, vilken blandning innehäller en syrahaltig 10 polyol, sä att den genomsnittliga hydroxylfunktionaliteten hos en sädan polyolfas är minst 1,5, varvid polyolfasen har ett syratal av ca 15 - 200, och 2. en amin eller en aminblandning, som innehäller aktiva väteatomer, vilka är reaktiva med NCO-grupper, sä 15 att den genomsnittliga funktionaliteten av de aktiva väteatomerna är minst 1,5, varvid aminen eller amin-blandningen innehäller minst en primär amin eller minst en sekundär amin eller bäda och är närvarande i en minimimängd, som är tillräcklig att väsentligen . 20 neutralisera de syrahaltiga polyolerna; och b) ett alifatiskt polyisocyanat, ett cyklo- alifatiskt polyisocyanat eller ett aromatiskt poly- • '· isocyanat eller en blandning därav, varvid förhällandet mellan isocyanatekvivalenterna . 25 och de aktiva väteekvivalenterna i polyolerna och aminerna är minst 0,5:1.
2. Tväkomponentskomposition enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av, att den syrahaltiga polyolen är vald frän gruppen 30 a) en reaktionsprodukt av polyhydriska polyetrar och polyfunktionella karboxylsyror eller anhydrider därav, ·;. b) en reaktionsprodukt av etyleniskt omättade syror, etyleniskt omättade alkoholer och etyleniskt ;··. omättade estrar, och V 35 42 110785 c) en reaktionsprodukt av polyhydriska polyoler och polyfunktionella karboxylsyror eller anhydrider därav, och blandningar av dessa.
3. Tväkomponentskomposition enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknad av, att polyolfasen har en hydroxylfunktionalitet av minst 2, den genomsnittliga funktionaliteten av de aktiva väteatomerna i aminen eller aminblandningen är minst 2 och förhällandet mellan NCO- 10 ekvivalenterna och de aktiva väteekvivalenterna i polyolen och aminen är minst 1,1:1.
4. Tväkomponentskomposition enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad av, att den syrahaltiga polyolen är en polyesterpolyol och den innehäller en reak- 15 tionsprodukt av polyhydriska polyoler och polyfunktionella karboxylsyror eller anhydrider därav.
5. Tväkomponentskomposition enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad av, att den syrahaltiga polyolen är en polyesterpolyol och den innehäller en reak- . 20 tionsprodukt av en dihydrisk polyol, en trihydrisk polyol och dikarboxylsyror eller anhydrider därav.
6. Tväkomponentskomposition enligt patentkrav 4, '· '· kännetecknad av, att den syrahaltiga polyolen ,: är en polyesterpolyol och den innehäller en reak- 25 tionsprodukt av en dihydrisk polyol, en dikarboxylsyra och , . en trikarboxylsyra eller anhydrider därav.
7. Tväkomponentskomposition enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad av, att den syrahaltiga polyolen är en polyesterpolyol och den innehäller en reak- 30 tionsprodukt av en polyhydrisk alkohol och en !., dikarboxylsyra eller en anhydrid därav.

9. Tväkomponentskomposition enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad av, att den syrahaltiga polyolen är en polyesterpolyol och den som komponent innehäller en diol, som innehäller en karboxylsyragrupp.
10. Komposition enligt patentkrav 9, känne tecknad av, att diolen som innehäller en karboxylsyragrupp är en α,α-dimetylolalkansyra, som har formeln: 10 ch2-oh R-C-COOH CH2-0H 15 där R är en alkylgrupp, som innehäller 1-8 kolatomer.
11. Komposition enligt patentkrav 3, känne tecknad av, att den syrahaltiga polyolen är en polyeterpolyol och den innehäller en reaktionsprodukt av 20 polyhydriska polyetrar och polyfunktionella karboxylsyror . eller anhydrider därav.
12. Komposition enligt patentkrav 3, känne tecknad av, att den syrahaltiga polyolen är en ’· ‘ polyakrylatpolyol, som innehäller en reaktionsprodukt av , 25 etyleniskt omättade syror, etyleniskt omättade alkoholer : ; och etyleniskt omättade estrar.
13. Polyolkomposition användbar vid framställning av vattenhaltiga polyuretanbeläggningskompositioner, kännetecknad av, att den i en vattenfas 30 väsentligen bestär av a) en polyolkomponent, som är vald frän gruppen bestäende av en syrahaltig polyol och en blandning av ; . polyoler, som innehäller en syrahaltig polyol, sä att : '· polyolkomponenten har en genomsnittlig hydroxylfunk- 35 tionalitet av minst 1,5 och ett syratal av ca 15 - 200, .' och 44 1-10785 b) en aminkomponent, som innehäller en amin eller en aminblandning, vilken innehäller aktiva väteatomer, som är reaktiva med NCO-grupper, sä att den genomsnittliga funktionaliteten av de aktiva väteatomerna i 5 aminkomponenten är minst 1,5, varvid aminen eller aminblandningen innehäller minst en primär amin eller minst en sekundär amin eller bäda och är närvarande i en minimimängd, som är tillräcklig att väsentligen neutralisera polyolkomponentens syrafunktionalitet.
14. Komposition enligt patentkrav 13, känne- t e c k n a d av, att den syrahaltiga polyolen innehäller a) en reaktionsprodukt av polyhydriska polyetrar och polyfunktionella karboxylsyror eller anhydrider därav, b) en reaktionsprodukt av etyleniskt omättade 15 syror, etyleniskt omättade alkoholer och etyleniskt omättade estrar, och c) en reaktionsprodukt av polyesterpolyoler och polyfunktionella karboxylsyror eller anhydrider därav; eller en blandning därav. ; 20

Komposition enligt patentkrav 13, känne- tecknad av, att polyolkomponenten innehäller en syrahaltig polyesterpolyol, en triol, som är vald frän gruppen bestäende av trimetylolpropan, trimetyloletan och : glycerol, och en polyesterpolyol, och aminkomponenten 25 innehäller en dialkanolamin, en alifatisk diamin och ammoniak. »
