Claims (6)

1. Förfarande vid fermentering av substrat i en fermenteringstank företrädesvis 5 av högviskösa substrat innefattande kontrollerad inblandning av luft, kännetecknat av att luftinblandningen sker i tva steg, där en liten mängd substrat medels skjuv-krafter blandas med en större mängd luit i det första steget sä att ett skum innehäl-lande luftbläsor med en diameter mellan nägra tiondelars millimeter och nägra millimeter bildas, vilket skum i det andra steget jämnfördelas och inblandas i substratet 10 varvid bade skumbildningen och skummets jänmfördelning i substratet genomförs i en blandningszon närä botten i fermenteringstanken, varigenom luftbubblor erhäl-les, som har en stighastighet som är sä lag att syreutnyttjandegraden i procent av den tillförda syremängden överstiger 20 %.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att de luftbläsor som erhällits 15 vid skumbildningen fördelas genom hydromekanisk bearbetning i blandningszonen.
