Abstract

The invention relates to a rotor (1) for a pulper in a fibre processing system, the rotor being arranged in a container (2) for the purpose of circulating a fibre suspension (3) present in said container (2), and the rotor brushing over a screen area (4) of the container (2), the rotor (1) being formed by a rotor head (5), with a plurality of rotor vanes (6, 7) being mounted on its outer periphery (15). In this arrangement, pulping is to be improved by the rotor vanes (6, 7) having a different height, starting from the screen area (4).
