COMPRENDE: A) AÑADIR A LA LECHE DE SOJA UNA CANTIDAD EFECTIVA DE UNA SAL DE POLIFOSFATO DE METAL ALCALINO; Y B) AGREGAR UNA CANTIDAD EFECTIVA DE UNA FUENTE DE CALCIO ASIMILABLE POR EL CUERPO HUMANO, PARA ELEVAR EL NIVEL DE CALCIO DE LA LECHE DE SOJA, AL NIVEL DE LECHE DE VACADA. LA SAL DE POLIFOSFATO SE ELIGE ENTRE TRIPOLIFOSFATO SODICO, HEXAMETAFOSFATO SODICO Y MEZCLAS DE LOS MISMOS, Y LA FUENTE DE CALCIO SE ELIGE ENTRE CARBONATO DE CALCIO, GLUCONATO DE CALCIO Y OTROS. SE UTILIZA EN ALIMENTACION HUMANA.
