Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL CONTROL DE LA COMPOSICION DE LA ESCORIA DE UN BAÑO METALICO DENTRO DE UN RECIPIENTE REVESTIDO INTERIORMENTE DE MATERIAL REFRACTARIO. LA QUIMICA DE LA ESCORIA SELECCIONADA, AL COMPLETARSE EL AFINO, EN LO REFERIDO A LA PROPORCION PREVIAMENTE SELECCIONADA DE ALUMINA A SILICE, SE CONSIGUE MEDIANTE EL USO DE UNA COMBINACION DE ALUMINIO Y DE SILICIO, PROCURANDO SATISFACER, AL MISMO TIEMPO, LAS EXIGENCIAS DEL BAÑO EN CUANTO A COMBUSTIBLE, REDUCCION Y SILICIO DE LA ESPECIFICACION, TANTO EN LOS PERIODOS DE OXIDACION (MEDIANTE INYECCION DE OXIGENO) Y REDUCCION (INYECCION DE GASES REDUCTORES) COMO EN EL AJUSTE FINAL. EL PROCEDIMIENTO PERSIGUE CONSEGUIR UNA COMPOSICION FINAL DE LA ESCORIA DETERMINADA PREVIAMENTE EN CUANTO A TANTOS POR CIENTO DE ALUMINA, SILICE, OXIDO DE CALCICO, OXIDO DE MAGNESIO, ASI COMO UNA RELACION DETERMINADA DE ALUMINA A SILICE.
