PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE ALQUIL-3-TETRAHIRO-1,2,3,3A-4H-INDALO (3,2,1-DL)-1,5-NAFTIRIDINAS. CONSISTE EN TRATAR UNA ALQUIL-HEXAHIDRO -1,2,3,3A-4,5-CANTINONA-6 CON UN AGENTE REDUCTOR DE UNA FINCION CARBONILO. SE OBTIENE UN ALCOHOL, QUE SE DESHIDRATA CON OXICLORURO DE FORPSFORO. EL AGENTE DE REDUCCION ES EL HIDRURO DE LITIO DE ALUMINIO. LA DESHIDRATACION TIENE LUGAR EN UNA MEZCLA DE BENCENO Y TRIETLAMINA. SE OBTIENE EL COMPUESTO (I), EN QUE R1 ES HIDROGENO O UN GRUPO ALQUILO DE 1 A 6 ATOMOS DE CARBONO.
