PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE GASES. CONSISTE EN HACER CIRCULAR EL GAS A TRATAR POR UN LECHO DE PARTICULAS DE MATERIAL SOLIDO. EL LECHO SE FORMA CON UNAS PARTICULAS LLAMADAS AUXILIARES DE GRANULOMETRIA NOTABLEMENTE MAS ELEVADA QUE LA DE LOS POLVOS FINOS CONTENIDOS EN DICHO GAS, RETENIENDO EN SU TRAYECTORIA A LOS CITADOS POLVOS FINOS. A LA SALIDA DE LAS COLUMNAS DE CONTACTO DEL PROCESO SE SEPARA POR UN LADO LA CORRIENTE DE GAS Y POR OTRO LA MEZCLA DE PARTICULAS AUXILIARES Y LOS POLVOS FINOS, SIENDO RECICLADA DE NUEVO PARTE DE ESTA MEZCLA.
