Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de alquiltiofenoxialquilaminas de fórmula-01 (I): **(Fórmula-01)** R es hidrógeno o alquilo inferior de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono inclusive; R1 es alquilo de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono inclusive; R2 es alquilo de 6 a 12 átomos de carbono inclusive; n es el número entero 2 ó 3; y las sales de adición de ácidos farmacéuticamente aceptables del mismo, cuyo procedimiento se caracteriza por hacer reaccionar una sal metálica alcalina de un derivado de alquiltiofenol de fórmula-02 (II): **(Fórmula-02)** donde R y R1 tienen los significados antes descritos, con un compuesto de fórmula Br-(CH2)n-C1 para formar un cloruro de fenoxialquilo intermedio de fórmula-03 (III): **(Fórmula-03)** donde R, R1 y n tienen los significados antes descritos y hacer reaccionar el intermedio de fórmula-03 (III) con una amina de fórmula (IV): H2N-R2 donde R2 tiene el significado antes descrito y, si se desea, hacer reaccionar con un ácido el producto de fórmula I en forma de base libre para formar una sal de adición de ácido del mismo.
