Abstract

Un procedimiento para la obtención de un preparado fomentador de la coagulación de la sangre a base de plasma sanguíneo humano, que contiene una nueva sustancial coagulante de la sangre, llamada ¿FEIBA¿, caracterizado porque un plasma humano con contenido de iones de citratao se trata, en ausencia de iones de calcio libres, con sustancias inorgánicas insolubles en agua, tensioactivas, tales como gel de sílice o caolina, con lo que se genera la nueva sustancia; a continuación se separan las sustancias insolubles en agua tratándose entonces el sobrante, de la manera conocida, con intercambiadores básicos de iones, tales como sustancias de alto peso molecular que contengan grupos de dietilaminoetilo, con lo que resulta adsorbida la sustancia FEIBA, junto con los factores II-VII-IX-X, que se eluyen y concentran seguidamente.
