Abstract
Procedimiento para la unión de un metal soporte, titanio o tantalio, con hierro o cobre, que consiste en depositar, en una primera fase, una capa delgada de anclaje de cobre o hierro sobre el metal de soporte y, en una segunda fase, incrementar por cualquier medio conocido la capa depositada, para aumentarla en espesor, caracterizado en que el metal soporte se somete primeramente a un tratamiento mecánico y/o químicamente preliminar y luego a un bombardeo iónico en atmósfera residual de gas raro y recibe a continuación la capa de anclaje de cobre o de hierro depositada por pulverización catódica de estos últimos en atmósfera residual de gas raro, a temperatura inferior a 500ºC, y en que dicha capa de anclaje se aumenta luego por un medio conocido.
