Improvements in full-wave rectifier assemblies, characterized in that the assembly includes a metal body, a pair of conductive terminal organs, n conductive connectors, for connection to the output windings of an alternator, and n pairs of diodes, having a diode of each pair its anode connected to one of said terminal organs and its cathode connected to a respective conductive connector and the other diode of each pair having its cathode connected to the other of said terminal organs and its anode connected to said respective conductive connector, being constituted said conductive connectors or said terminal organs by conductive plates fixed to the body by a thermo-conductive adhesive.
