Mixing-type liquid dispenser, of the type containing two liquids which are normally separated from one another and are maintained under pressure, said dispenser comprising in combination: A) - an external container designed to contain a liquid product pressed, presenting an exit passage. B) means for including a housing or valve compartment disposed in the outlet passage of the outer container, for closing it, said compartment having a pair of intake ducts. C) a foldable inner reservoir that is placed inside the external container and that is adapted to withstand the pressure existing in the outer package connected to said valvular compartment so as to communicate with one of said intake conductors, and D) a capillary tube housed in the inner reservoir and in connection with said intake conduit to decrease the flow rate of the aqueous liquid from the inner container within the valve housing under different pressure conditions.
