Abstract
Protection procedure of a high-frequency linear accelerator against deviations of its beam, which consists in detecting the beam in one place at least every time it is injected, in allowing a new automatic injection of it at a relatively large frequency in so much that the absence of the beam is not checked in one of said detection places for at least m consecutive periods, and in appreciably reducing the injection frequency in the opposite case.
