The present invention relates to a device for presenting goods with products according to the main concept of claim 1.

In EP 1627583 a container for the presentation of goods is revealed in which a lighting system was arranged in the area of a product extraction opening. In this way, the consumer can also see the respective products well even in an internal space of a tray. Although the lighting is done in a diffuse way and does not specifically illuminate the important area for the consumer, which is the front or a part of the front.

In document US 5,722,747 an illuminated tray is revealed to offer merchandise in which, under and in front of the support surface, a lighting is provided that illuminates a merchandise by means of a diffuser. In addition, the lighting illuminates a graphic on the front of a housing.

Therefore, it is the object of the present invention to create a device for presenting merchandise with products in which it provides optimized lighting for a front of a merchandise.

This mission is accomplished by means of a device for presenting merchandise with products with the characteristics of claim 1.

According to the invention, the device for presenting merchandise with products comprises a transparent front panel disposed above the at least one lamp and adjacent to at least a part of the front of the merchandise, where by reflection the front panel is illuminated visibly the merchandise in the front panel area. Thus, in the area of the front panel the advantage is obtained that the merchandise or the packaging of the merchandise in that area is especially well lit, which directs the user's attention to the corresponding product. The area illuminated by the reflection of the front panel can additionally also receive direct light from the lamp, so that the lighting effects overlap. In each case, the area indirectly illuminated by the front panel is clearly illuminated, thus being visible.

The degree of transmission according to DIN5036 of the front panel material is preferably in the range of 80% to 98%, in particular 85% to 95%, in order to ensure good visibility of the illuminated area. The degree of reflection may be within a range of 3% to 25%, in particular, 5% to 20%. As materials, synthetic materials such as PMMA XT (polymethylmethacrylate) or PETG (polyethylene glycol terephthalate) or glass can be used.

According to the invention, the front panel was arranged inclined towards a front of the merchandise at an angle ranging from 5 ° to 35 °, in particular, the intervals between 10 ° to 30 ° are suitable. Thus, on the one hand, a reflection of the light rays can be achieved against the upper side of the merchandise in the area of the front panel and, on the other, the front panel does not interfere with the view from a position in front of the merchandise . In addition, the necessary construction space is limited, since due to the arrangement of the front plate that extends obliquely upwards, a low depth of the lighting device is required. The front panel preferably formed as a plate and plane. But it is also possible to arrange the arched front panel, angularly or with shaped angular or arched sections integrally.

The thickness of the front panel may be within a range of 0.5 mm to 4 mm, in particular 1 to 3 mm. The thicker the material of the front panel, the greater the reflection of light on the adjacent area of the merchandise. In addition, the front panel may have been provided at least on its side facing the merchandise, with a reflective coating that is essential or completely transparent.

According to the invention, the front panel only extends covering a part of the height of the merchandise. In that way, a clearly defined area can be created, that is, an illuminated area, which is adjacent to the front panel, and an unlit or less illuminated area that is located above the front panel. This can be advantageous, in particular, for goods or packaging in which you only want to illuminate a certain section with a logo. For example, in cigarette packs or other parallelepiped-shaped packaging, it is possible to light only a certain area of the front, to facilitate the user to find the merchandise.

For a clearer delimitation of an illuminated area and an unlit area in the merchandise, the front panel may have been formed on its upper front side, at least partially non-translucent, for example, by a coating with an enamel or becoming rough the surface. This avoids the reflection of the light through the front panel on the upper front side over an area arranged in the front of the merchandise above the front panel.

To enable simple mounting of the device, the front panel may have been fixed in a housing or a rib of a profile of an adapter. The front panel in that case, at choice, may have been shaped in a plate or angular manner, in which at least the area adjacent to the front of the merchandise was transparently formed.

To achieve a compact construction, the lamp may have been arranged in a groove in the profile of an adapter. This also ensures that the lamp does not radiate light directly on the front, which could dazzle the user.

The device is used according to the invention in combination with a merchandise advance system. In that case, the adapter profile may have been fixed with the front panel on a front anchor of a merchandise advance device. There, the products by means of a displacer of the advancement device of the merchandise are subjected to a prestressing until at least one stop of the front of the tray, so that, when extracting a product, the merchandise that is behind is displaced automatically by means of the displacer to the top.

A device for the presentation of goods 1, in particular of packaging, for example, packaging in the form of parallelepipeds for cigarettes, but also of other goods, comprises a tray 2, which can be formed as a tray floor or rail of a system of advance of the merchandise. The light of the LEDs may partly radiate directly on the front of merchandise 1, in order to illuminate this. The energy supply for the lamp can thus be kept below 10 W / m. The color temperature of the light is chosen for this use in a suitable range, demonstrating in tests that the color temperature of the light is preferably included in a range between 2,000-7,000 K (Kelvin). The light current of the band of LEDs is preferably in a range between 100 to 900 lm / m, in particular 200 to 700 lm / m (lumen per meter).

The slot 14 is delimited by a rib of the spring 15 and an outer cover 24, the outer cover 24 being formed by opaque material, so that the lamps 6 cannot radiate light towards the front. The rib of the spring 15 may be formed by transparent or reflective material.

The profile of the adapter 3 also has a groove 18 in the floor area, to which the strip 5 is fixed. In order to prevent the strip 5 from being removed, it is secured by a shoulder 17 on the left side and by a housing in U shape on the right side. From a floor 16 of the profile of an adapter 3 the spring groove 15 protrudes, as well as the rib 19, essentially in the vertical direction, a housing 20 having been formed in the rib 19. On the opposite side of the lamps 6, a stop 21 was formed in the ribs 19, against which the merchandise 1 is supported in the lower area of the device.

Another stop 23 for the merchandise 1 constitutes the upper edge of the front panel 4, so that the merchandise 1 is held securely between the stops 21 and 23.

The fixing of the profile of an adapter 3 to the front anchor 12 is carried out by means of a T-rib 13, which protrudes from the floor 16 of the profile of an adapter 3. It is also possible to use other fixing systems. The front panel 4 can be extended along a multiplicity of goods 1 and can be fixed in a large length in the groove 14 in the profile of the adapter 3. In this way, for example, trays can be equipped in their entire length with lamps 6 and a front panel 4.

An alternative embodiment of a device for presenting merchandise 1 with merchandise is shown in Figure 4, in which it is also desired to illuminate through a front panel 40 a partial area of a merchandise front 1. As in the previous embodiment, the front panel 40 is oriented inclined with respect to the front of the merchandise 1, thus being able to reflect light rays of the LEDs, to illuminate a lower area of the merchandise 1. The profile of the adapter 30 comprises an opaque cover 31, which prevents a lamp 6 within a slot 32 from radiating light forward . The front panels 40 can be extended essentially along the entire width of the merchandise 1, so that in each merchandise 1 it can be determined which area is indirectly illuminated through the front panel 40. It is also possible to provide the front panel 40, as in the First embodiment, along a longer length, so that several products 1 are illuminated by means of a single front panel 40.

To fix the front panel 40 to the profile of the adapter 30, this with a housing 42 can be moved on the T-shaped rib 33, be embedded with it or fixed by means of a clip.

The front panels 4 or 40 may consist of glass, plexiglass or other transparent material. To achieve a better reflection, the inner and / or outer side is also covered.

In the embodiment shown, only a lower part of the merchandise 1 is illuminated. But of course it is also possible to form the front panels 4 or 40 longer upwards, so that the merchandise 1 is illuminated in a larger area from the front or even all over his front. In addition, it is possible to form the front panels of different length in a longitudinal direction, so as to allow the illumination of products of different width.

Moreover, it is possible to provide a screen in some areas of the front panel that is opaque or partially filters the light, for example, in the area of the cover 22 in Figure 2. Thus, in the longitudinal direction of the front panel there are lighter and darker areas that can visually highlight some specific products. Such a cover or screen can also filter only certain colors or have formed a color, for example, as a color sheet or as a diffuser to generate optical effects during lighting.
