Abstract

Cápsula de cerrado inviolable, del tipo que posee un nervio exterior en las proximidades de su embocadura, cuya cápsula comprende una tapa de material plástico dotada de una placa destinada a su colocación sobre la superficie extrema del gollete y de una zona o parte de estanqueidad saliente hacia abajo en dicho plato o placa y estando destinada a su colocación a presión en el interior del gollete para cooperar con la superficie interior de este último, existiendo medios desgarrables que cooperan, antes de la primera apertura de la botella que se debe tapar, con dicho nervio para tener la tapa de manera inviolable sobre el gollete, caracterizada porque el borde exterior superior de dicha placa (4) es más elevado que la parte (9) de la placa destinada a su colocación sobre la cara extrema del gollete de la botella y que dichos medios están constituidos por una banda o precinto, de garantía anular (2) realizada en una sola pieza con la tapa prolongando la pared lateral exterior de la placa (4) de la tapa (1) hacia abajo, presentando un nervio interior (16) de acoplamiento a dicho nervio de la embocadura y comportando una lengüeta (11) que se extiende hacia arriba, hasta la altura del borde externo superior de la placa (4), constituyendo un sector de la pared lateral externa del plato o placa y estando conectada dicha banda (2) al borde externo inferior del plato o placa (4) de la tapa (1) por una línea (3) de menor resistencia y estando conectada la mencionada lengüeta (11) a la pared lateral externa de la placa (4) de la tapa (1) por dos líneas (14, 15) de menor resistencia, una de las cuales (15) está prolongada hacia abajo a través del precinto de garantía (2).
