SISTEMA REPRODUCTOR DE MENSAJERIA POR VOZ OBJETO DE LA INVENCiÓN La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo que recibe las notificaciones de los terminales móviles, en general cualquier tipo de notificación con especial interés aquellas que se corresponden con notificaciones generadas por las aplicaciones de mensajería (Whatsapp, Telegram ,iMessage, etc.). El dispositivo recepciona la mensajería proveniente del terminal móvil y la remite de nuevo a una aplicación móvil que se encarga de reproducir el sonido del texto del mensaje recibido. El mensaje puede ser reproducido bien por el altavoz del coche vía Bluetooth o por otro altavoz que también cuente con sistema de manos libres. Viene a resolver el problema de las distracciones durante la conducción de cualquier vehículo, ya que suponen la primera causa de accidentes de tráfico incrementándose éstas con las mencionadas aplicaciones. En dispositivos iOS (sistema operativo de terminales móviles de Apple), el único medio habilitado para acceder al centro de notificaciones es a partir de un servicio BLE específico (ANCS-Apple Notification Center Service). La función principal del dispositivo es conectarse por el canal bluetooth al centro de notificaciones de Apple utilizando el servicio ANCS, para de una forma segura y garantizando la privacidad del usuario recibir las notificaciones/mensajes del teléfono. En terminales móviles con Sistema Operativo Android, el acceso al centro de notificaciones no está restringido a un servicio BLE específico, sin embargo el dispositivo dota de seguridad al acceso de esta información, garantizando que únicamente se producirá mientras el dispositivo BLE se encuentre conectado y en todo caso bajo el consentimiento del cliente. Las ventajas de esta invención son las siguientes: Reproducir mediante un sistema de voz, el texto recibido en los mensajes procedentes de las aplicaciones de mensajería DESCRIPCIÓN
instantánea, sin necesidad de mirar el teléfono móvil, evitando así distracciones al volante. El mensaje puede ser reproducido bien por el altavoz del coche vía Bluetooth o por el altavoz del propio dispositivo. La aplicación industrial de esta invención se encuentra dentro del sector de los sistemas de telecomunicaciones, y más concretamente sistemas reproductores de mensajería por voz. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCiÓN Aunque no se ha encontrado ninguna invención idéntica a la descrita, exponemos a continuación los documentos encontrados que reflejan el estado de la técnica relacionado con la misma. Así el documento ES2109922T3 propone un sistema de comunicaciones que dispone de un dispositivo central para la conversión de una imagen gráfica en palabras habladas; la imagen gráfica está representada por una sola cadena de datos formados por un conjunto ordenado de píxeles, donde cada píxel puede estar representado por un bit binario. El dispositivo consta de: medios de fax para recibir desde un emisor remoto y transmitir a un receptor remoto imágenes gráficas de material textual; medios de datos informáticos para la manipulación de cadenas de datos; medios de almacenamiento para guardar la imagen gráfica en formato binario como una sola cadena de datos, al menos parte de la mencionada imagen gráfica que representa palabras escritas; medios de reconocimiento para reconocer, ensamblar y procesar al menos partes de la imagen gráfica en grupos de caracteres codificados, cada uno de los cuales está representado por una pluralidad de más de uno pero menos de nueve bits binarios y tiene capacidad para ser manipulado como una cadena independiente de datos por parte de los medios de datos informáticos; medios de conversión de texto en voz para convertir los grupos de caracteres codificados en palabras habladas; y medios de comunicaciones para establecer una comunicación telefónica a través de la circuitería telefónica con una persona alejada del dispositivo mencionado; y medios de notificación que responden a los caracteres codificados convertidos mediante dichos medios de
reconocimiento para activar los medios de comunicación antes mencionados con el propósito de notificar a una persona alejada de dicho dispositivo de la existencia del fax mencionado. La citada invención convierte imágenes en palabras habladas mientras que la invención principal está enfocada a la reproducción oral de mensajes de texto e iconos propios de mensajería móvil. El documento ES2566569T3 hace referencia a un sistema para realizar consultas textuales en comunicaciones de voz, comprendiendo el sistema: un servicio de m-dices para almacenar una pluralidad de conjuntos de datos de contenidos de audio para una pluralidad de comunicaciones de voz, comprendiendo la pluralidad de conjuntos de datos de contenidos de audio al menos dos conjuntos de datos de contenidos de audio para cada comunicación de voz, seleccionándose los al menos dos conjuntos de datos de contenidos de audio desde un conjunto de datos de contenidos de audio voz-a-texto generado usando una técnica de conversión voz-a-texto, un conjunto de datos de contenidos de audio de fonemas generado usando una técnica de entramado de fonemas, y un conjunto de datos de contenidos de audio de palabras clave generado usando una técnica de identificación de palabras clave; y un motor de búsqueda configurado para: recibir criterios de búsqueda desde un usuario, comprendiendo los criterios de búsqueda al menos una palabra clave; buscar cada uno de los al menos dos conjuntos de datos de contenidos de audio para al menos una porción de la pluralidad de comunicaciones de voz para identificar comunicaciones de voz que coinciden con los criterios de búsqueda; y combinar las comunicaciones de voz identificadas por cada búsqueda para producir una lista combinada de comunicaciones de voz identificadas, dicho sistema estando caracterizado por que combinar las comunicaciones de voz identificadas por cada búsqueda comprende: asignar a cada comunicación de voz identificada una puntuación de coincidencia basándose en una comparación de la comunicación de voz y los criterios de búsqueda; y generar para cada comunicación de voz identificada una suma ponderada de las puntuaciones de coincidencia para la comunicación de voz, estando basada la ponderación de cada puntuación de coincidencia en el conjunto de datos de contenidos de audio particular que identifican la comunicación de voz. A diferencia de la invención principal, esta citada invención no contempla la
posibilidad de transmitir mensajes textuales a un dispositivo que los reproduzca por voz. ES2331624T3 se refiere a un procedimiento para transmitir un mensaje de voz en una red de telecomunicaciones, comprendiendo: recepción de una señal de instrucción para generar el mensaje de voz en un primer equipo terminal de comunicaciones, por parte de un usuario; y como respuesta a la señal de instrucción: grabación y digitalización de una señal acústica hablada por el usuario en el primer equipo terminal de comunicación, determinándose en la señal acústica digitalizada uno o varios segmentos de contenido mediante la marcación de segmentos, donde las marcaciones de los segmentos comprenden por lo menos una palabra clave definida hablada y un campo de marcación de segmento digital intercalado, memorización de la señal acústica digitalizada en una memoria de datos en el primer equipo terminal de comunicación, y generación del mensaje de voz en el primer equipo terminal de comunicación, comprendiendo el mensaje de voz por lo menos la señal acústica digitalizada y una identificación del mensaje para identificar el mensaje de voz como mensaje de voz basado en el sonido; transmisión del mensaje de voz generado a un segundo equipo terminal de comunicaciones a través de la red de telecomunicación, recepción del mensaje de voz y determinación de la identificación del mensaje en el segundo equipo terminal de comunicación; determinación en el segundo equipo terminal de comunicaciones de las marcas de segmentos y de los correspondientes segmentos de contenido en la señal acústica digitalizada; y reproducción acústica en el segundo equipo terminal de comunicaciones de las señales acústicas digitalizadas contenidas en el mensaje de voz recibido, basándose en la identificación del mensaje que ha sido determinada. Dicha invención transmite un mensaje de voz original de un dispositivo a otro, mientras que la invención principal se centra en la reproducción de un mensaje textual por voz. Conclusiones: Como se desprende de la investigación realizada, ninguno de los documentos encontrados soluciona los problemas planteados como lo hace la invención propuesta.
DESCRIPCiÓN DE LA INVENCiÓN El sistema reproductor de mensajería por voz objeto de la presente invención se constituye a partir de dos elementos principales, un dispositivo basado en un microcontrolador y un chip Bluetooth, que recibe las notificaciones de mensajería del terminal móvil a través de un canal Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE en adelante) y por otro lado una aplicación móvil (app) que recibe los mensajes de texto del dispositivo anterior a través del mismo canal BLE y reproduce el mensaje de texto utilizando un sistema de lectura por voz. La aplicación se encarga igualmente de enviar el sonido al sistema de audio manos libres del coche o por otro altavoz que también cuente con sistema de manos libres. (Para evitar errores de interpretación en el término "dispositivo" y confundirlo con dispositivo móvil de telefonía o smartphone, siempre se referirá al dispositivo receptor basado en el microcontrolador y chip Bluetooth objeto de la invención, mientras que al dispositivo móvil o smartphone se referirá como "terminal móvil"). La función principal del dispositivo se basa en recibir y procesar los mensajes del teléfono para proceder al envío de los mismos a la aplicación del terminal móvil conectado, que se encargará de reproducir por voz el texto del mensaje. Cuando el dispositivo se encuentra conectado a un terminal móvil iOS(marca Apple), el dispositivo hace uso del centro de notificaciones de Apple (ANCS-Apple Notification Center Service). Por política de seguridad y privacidad de Apple, el único medio de acceso al centro de notificaciones del usuario es a través de un canal BLE, haciendo uso del servicio anteriormente mencionado (ANCS). En terminales móviles Android, el acceso al centro de notificaciones no está restringido a un servicio BLE específico, siendo posible el acceso desde cualquier aplicación bajo permiso de usuario en su instalación. Para estos casos, el dispositivo dota de seguridad al acceso al centro de notificaciones de Android, que será únicamente mientras el dispositivo BLE se encuentre conectado y en todo caso bajo el consentimiento del cliente. El proceso de reproducción por voz de un mensaje de texto a modo de ejemplo no limitativo sería como el siguiente:
a) El terminal móvil a partir de una aplicación de mensajería recibe un mensaje entrante. b) El terminal móvil envía la notificación con el mensaje entrante al dispositivo conectado través de un canal Bluetooth. c) El dispositivo recibe la notificación a partir de su microcontrolador y chip Bluetooth, enviando de nuevo al terminal móvil el mensaje de texto a través del canal Bluetooth. d) La aplicación móvil instalada en el terminal móvil recibe el mensaje de texto del dispositivo y reproduce la lectura del texto a partir de un sistema de lectura por voz. e) La aplicación móvil envía el sonido con la lectura por voz al sistema de audio de manos libres del vehículo o a un altavoz bluetooth acoplado en el propio dispositivo. Altavoz Bluetooth DESCRIPCiÓN DE UNA REALIZACiÓN PREFERENTE Una realización preferente del sistema reproductor de mensajería por voz objeto de la presente invención, con alusión a las referencias numéricas, puede basarse en un dispositivo (1) basado en un microcontrolador y un chip Bluetooth (4), que recibe las notificaciones de las aplicaciones de mensajería (6) del terminal móvil (2) a través de un canal Bluetooth BLE (3); Y por otro lado una aplicación móvil (5) que recibe los mensajes de texto del dispositivo anterior (1) a través del mismo canal BLE (3) Y reproduce el mensaje de texto utilizando un sistema de lectura por voz (7). La aplicación (5) se encarga igualmente de enviar el sonido al sistema de audio manos libres del coche (8) o por otro altavoz (9) que también cuente con sistema de manos libres. La función principal del dispositivo (1) es conectarse por el canal bluetooth (3) al centro de notificaciones del teléfono ,utilizando el servicio BLE específico (ANCS-Apple Notification Center Service) en el caso de terminales Apple, para recibir las notificaciones del terminal móvil (2) de una forma segura y manteniendo la privacidad del usuario. El proceso de reproducción por voz de un mensaje de texto a modo de ejemplo no limitativo sería como el siguiente: a) El terminal móvil (2) a partir de una aplicación de mensajería (6) recibe un mensaje entrante. b) El terminal móvil (2) envía la notificación con el mensaje entrante al dispositivo (1) conectado través de un canal Bluetooth (3). La comunicación se realizará en todo caso a través de un canal BLE, garantizando de este modo la privacidad del usuario.
c) El dispositivo (1) recibe la notificación a partir de su microcontrolador y chip Bluetooth (4), enviando de nuevo al terminal móvil (2) el mensaje de texto a través del canal Bluetooth (3). d) La aplicación móvil (5) instalada en el terminal móvil (2) recibe el mensaje de texto del dispositivo (1) Y reproduce la lectura del texto a partir de un sistema de lectura por voz (7). e) La aplicación móvil (5) envía el sonido con la lectura por voz (7) al sistema de audio de manos libres (8) del vehículo o a un altavoz bluetooth (9) acoplado en el propio dispositivo (1).
