Procedimiento para la preparación de compuestos de Fórmula (I)**Fórmula** donde R1 representa hidrógeno, alquilo de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono, alquenilo de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono, cicloalquilo de 3 a 6 átomos de carbono, alcoxi de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono, alcoxi de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono-alquenilo de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono, fenilo, bencilo; R2, R3 representan cada uno independientemente alquilo de 1 a 8 átomos de carbono, arilo, heteroarilo, alquenilo de 2 a 6 átomos de carbono, cicloalquilo de 3 a 8 átomos de carbono, alcoxi de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, haloalquilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, haloalcoxi de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono; X representa cloro o bromo, y N es 0, 1, 2, 3 o 4; caracterizado porque comprende inicialmente cargar como medio de reacción un hidróxido de metal alcalino en una concentración del 20 % a 50 %, haciendo reaccionar posteriormente en una primera etapa A) los compuestos (II) y (III)**Fórmula** donde R1, R2, R3 y X son como se definió anteriormente y Y representa cloro, bromo, yodo, un alquilsulfonato (-OSO2-alquilo, preferiblemente -OSO2CH3, -OSO2CF3) o un arilsulfonato (-OSO2-arilo); en una relación molar de 0,9 a 2,5, y añadir a la mezcla de reacción en una segunda etapa B) de 0 a 9 moles de agua, con respecto a 1 mol del compuesto de Fórmula (III), y posteriormente separar la fase acuosa del producto.
