Nebulizer apparatus of aromatic liquids.

Object of the invention.

The object of the invention is an aromatic liquid nebulizer apparatus, comprising a housing provided with a front door and housing inside: a translucent container containing the aromatic liquid to be nebulized; a compressor for the supply of air to a main duct, in which a Venturi is fitted with an aromatic liquid suction duct contained in the reservoir and a nebulized aromatic liquid dispensing tube outside the housing; a power supply and a control circuit provided with a microprocessor.

This nebulizer device has characteristics aimed at allowing a remote control of its operation and the consumption of aromatic liquid.

Field of application of the invention.

This invention is applicable in the field dedicated to the manufacture of aromatic liquid nebulizer devices, intended to aromatize all types of premises

State of the art.

Currently there are different types of air fresheners or devices on the market that automatically and programmedly diffuse or spray aromatic liquids, by Venturi effect, and release them in a space to be aromatized.

Specifically, in document FR 2 692 175 a system for odorous liquids or essences is described, comprising: - a pressurized air generation system (compressor that supplies between 0.5 and 8 liters per minute at a pressure between 0.1 and 1bar); - an integrable and interchangeable cartridge containing the consumable air freshener and, - a Venturi effect system that allows the mixing of air and liquid by depression or suction and the projection of this nebulized liquid.

In the patent of invention FR 2 852 262 a method and fogging device is described in which said device comprises a liquid container, a liquid supply conduit to a fogging zone and a compressor that supplies the air to pressure needed to supply the Venturi nebulized liquid.

In the invention patent ES 2 369 859 T3 (EP 1 750 777 B1) a spray system is described which has a hollow body that can be coupled, for example by thread, onto a container containing the oil to be dispensed. Said body comprises a mixing housing, an aromatic oil feed tube, a compressed air outlet and a diffusion chamber so that the application of compressed air to the outlet causes the oil to decompose into small droplets in the chamber of diffusion and be projected outwards.

In patent PT 101 855 A an automatic or semi-automatic ambient odorizer is described, which is an apparatus consisting essentially of a compressor, or apparatus that performs the same function, a container for the odorant liquid, a timer, one or two valves, and pipe. The automatic device sprays the odorant liquid from time to time, in accordance with the timer programming, and the semi-automatic device performs the spraying by manually operating a button, creating in both cases an environment with the desired acceptable odor.

These types of devices are widely used in commercial stores and diverse businesses, and it is necessary that some of the workers of the commercial premises or of the company in charge of supplying the aromatic liquid periodically carry out a control of the amount of liquid remaining in the deposit of the device and replacing said deposit with a full one before its contents run out. This periodic control is a nuisance for the person in charge of checking the liquid level and replacing the deposit, and for the corresponding company.

In some cases, these air freshener devices have a level sensor consisting of a buoy located inside the tank and activates a low level signal, for example light, when the aromatic liquid drops below a predetermined level.

This type of sensor also requires that the person in charge of checking the level of Kquido contact the distribution company to send the necessary replacement of Kquido or install it in the device, it may be the case that the device runs out of aromatic liquid, either for lack of notice to the distribution company or because they have not been detected in time that the low level signal was activated.

In these devices the user can activate, deactivate or vary the dosage, so that they are operational within a certain time, usually business hours and that the nebulizer is activated for a predetermined time intermittently.

This user control prevents the company that markets and supplies the aromatic liquid spare parts for this type of device, can know if its customers have disconnected the devices or if they acquire the liquid spare parts from other supplier companies, which can be inconvenient depending on the agreements established between the marketing company and the customers, for example in relation to the conditions of transfer or sale of the device depending on the consumption of flavoring liquid

Other common inconveniences of these types of air freshener or nebulizer devices are related to their installation since they are designed to be supported on a surface, which constitutes a problem both from the point of view of distribution in the environment of the nebulized liquid, and of the placement of the device in a visible place, when customers prefer that these types of devices go unnoticed, both from a visual and sound point, and that they do not distort the decoration of the establishment, nor the presentation of the items exposed in the case of premises commercial.

The applicant of the present invention is unaware of the existence in the market of other antecedents of air fresheners or aromatic liquid nebulizers that allow to satisfactorily resolve the aforementioned drawbacks.

Description of the invention.

The aromatic liquid nebulizer apparatus, object of this invention, is of the type described above and mentioned in the pre-characterizing part of the first

claim, and presents some constructive particulars oriented to satisfactorily solve the problems outlined above.

This apparatus comprises some common elements in this type of devices, such as: a housing provided with a front door; a translucent container containing the aromatic liquid to be nebulized; a compressor for the supply of air to a main duct in which a head provided with a Venturi tube is mounted to which an aromatic liquid suction duct contained in the reservoir and a nebulized aromatic liquid dispensing tube are connected of the housing; a power supply and a control circuit provided with a microprocessor.

This apparatus is characterized in that it comprises: an electronic plate detecting the level of aromatic liquid contained in the tank, connected to the control circuit and provided with photoreceptors arranged at different heights and facing the translucent liquid container reservoir; and wireless communication means, via WIFI or via GPRS that periodically establish a communication with a remote control server that provides the nebulizer device with the dosage of the product to be carried out and controls the level and consumption of the aromatic liquid contained in the tank.

An essential difference between this nebulizer device and the aforementioned background is that the programming of its operation and its control is carried out through the remote control server, the device lacking means for the client or user to modify its status or vary the dosing program provided by the remote control server.

In this way it is achieved that the remote control server has reliable information on the operating time and the dosage made by each nebulizer apparatus and as well as the liquid consumption in each nebulizer. This information allows to detect if the client or user is buying flavored liquid from other companies of the competition; Organize the liquid distribution routes to the different clients with sufficient time, avoiding unnecessary displacements and determine if the device is functioning correctly depending on the operating time and the consumption of aromatic liquid.

arranged at different levels, it is carried out on the outer surface of the translucent wall of the tank and that said reading can be altered by different causes, for example the reflections generated in the infrared beam by the housing's own constituent material, by different degrees of opacity of the deposit forming material or by variations in the position of the deposit; It is envisaged that the control circuit software incorporates an algorithm capable of interpreting the signals received by the photoreceptors and calibration of said signals for each specific housing, so that a reliable reading of the level is obtained taking into account the possible Distorting causes of the measure mentioned above.

Another advantage of the system used for level detection, by means of infrared photoreceptors, is that it is not invasive unlike other means used, such as the mentioned buoy, which are arranged inside the container and in contact with the aromatic liquid.

The use of wireless communication means via WIFI or via GPRS will depend fundamentally on the convenience and possibility of connecting the device to the client's WIFI network and the GPRS coverage at the point of installation of the device.

In this invention it is provided that the remote control server has an interface for each nebulizer device to be controlled and that users or customers can access said interface via the web using an access code to modify the operating parameters (schedule and dosage by time) of their respective nebulizer devices.

Preferred embodiment of the invention.

The nebulizer apparatus comprises a housing (1) provided with a front door (11); said housing presenting: on its rear face, ventilation holes (12) and wall hanging means constituted by holes (13) for mounting fixing screws; and on the side opposite the hinged door a hole (14) for access of an electric power cable and a lock (15).

Inside the housing (1) are housed: a tank (2) translucent container of the aromatic liquid to be nebulized; a control circuit (3); an electric power supply (4); an electronic plate (5) detecting the level of aromatic liquid contained in the tank (2); and a nebulizer device (6) of the liquid contained in the tank (2).

The electronic plate (5) detecting the level of aromatic liquid contained in the tank (2) is connected to the control circuit (3) and, as can be seen in figures 3, is provided with photoreceptors (51) arranged at different heights and facing the tank (2) liquid container. In Figure 4, the arrangement of the photoreceptors (51) at different heights on the electronic board (5) can be seen more clearly.

operation of the nebulizer device (6).

To guarantee the correct positioning of the tank (2) and to increase the reliability in the aromatic liquid level readings by the electronic board (5), the housing (1) internally comprises flexible fins (16) for holding the tank in a position facing the photoreceptors (51) of the electronic board (5) level detector.

The nebulizer device (6) comprises: a compressor (61) for supplying air to a main duct (62) in which a head (63) containing a Venturi tube is mounted to which a duct is connected suction (64) of aromatic liquid from the tank (2) and a dispensing tube (65) of nebulized aromatic liquid, by Venturi effect, outside the housing (2).

The dispensing tube (65) has a silencer (66) and a router (67) of the nebulized aromatic liquid at the outlet.

The silencer (66) minimizes the noise caused during the operation of the apparatus by the outlet of the pressurized air with the nebulized liquid; allowing the router (67) to conveniently orient the exit of the nebulized product, to prevent it from soiling the wall or other articles near the nebulizer apparatus and directing it towards the desired area, which is very convenient when the apparatus is in a corner or moved towards One end of a local.
