OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a system of custody of personal belongings in public places, whose obvious purpose is to safely store any object or personal belongings for a certain time in a public place or common space, such as waiting rooms , gyms, entertainment venues, or any general public in which the user intends to keep their belongings without guardians, safely and for a period of time.

The system is intended for fundamental application and preferably in health centers, both in patient rooms, as in waiting and / or emergency areas.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In many public places, including health centers of all kinds, users are sometimes in need of securely storing certain personal belongings, such as their own wallets, mobile phones, watches, or other items that are not allowed when the user accesses certain places, in such a way that in any case the user is in need or in other cases for convenience, to free himself from certain personal belongings or objects and keep them safely for a certain time.

Well, currently in most public places there are lockers or slogans, safe deposit boxes, etc., in which any user can keep their personal belongings locked, although the security offered in all cases is not efficient if desired, either due to the weakness or ease of opening existing closing means, including those operated with electronic cards, key codes, etc.

That is to say, in certain public places, and especially in hospital centers, it is important and fundamental to have safekeeping systems for personal belongings, to allow the user to leave their personal belongings in a "good way" for a period of time. determined, thereby avoiding its possible theft or possible claims to those responsible for the place in the center in question.

Specifically, in health centers, for example, the problem of management is presented that is given by two causes:

In certain cases and given the magnitude of the demand, the matter goes further and claims occur to the person responsible for getting sick, ending in lawsuits in the corresponding courts by the patient.

To all this we must add the problem that in the case of there are lockers in which personal belongings are stored, they open a security code, with key, card or similar, all that involves having to memorize the code, carry the key, card, etc., which is an inconvenience for the patient.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The system that is recommended, is conceptually based on the utility of being able to hire a security time, so that a public space is not opened, and with it to be able to keep certain personal objects or belongings guarded.

More specifically, the system of the invention is intended for application in the furniture itself, furniture that can comprise a plurality of boxes and / or lockers, with intelligent and autonomous lock for each of them, initially open for public use.

Said boxes and / or lockers will be complemented with means with which to be able to carry out the closing and subsequent opening, in order to be able to be secured the belongings or objects that the user intends to keep.

Specifically, the opening / closing means will preferably be constituted by a disposable bracelet, in functions of a non-contact key, so that each of the bracelets will be acquired by payment of a fee, through, for example, an autonomous or automatic dispenser , in the first case of discrete features and without external energy, and in the second case associated with an embedded PC that allows operations of

control, assignment, duplicates, statistics and billing, all in such a way that the dispenser will have an opening / closing key to allow the replacement of the wristbands or maintenance in case of failure or any eventuality, with a security algorithm that prevents its plagiarism or duplicate.

Obviously, except for the cases referred to in the previous paragraph, the smart boxes and / or lockers do not need to involve third parties outside the operation itself.

With regard to the automatic dispenser, you will have a small screen that indicates date and time, allowing you to interact with the user while performing the service acquisition functions.

Obviously there will be an informatic application or software that allows managing the source code of each box or box office as well as that of the global management, so that depending on the functional analysis, according to needs, it provides intelligence functions to the system itself.

For its part, the disposable wristband will be pre-configured with an electronic code that allows the user to present it in front of the electronic lock of the corresponding box or box office and thereby obtain the opening or closing of the box office at his will.

The electronics that participate in the system will be based on reprogrammable microprocessors, allowing time programming without further developing the need for functionality.

The form or mode of operation of the system is based on the following principles:

objects or personal belongings in a box (1) or in a box office (1 ') has the peculiarity that it incorporates an electronic lock (2) with an RFID reader (3), intended to identify and read the code corresponding to a contactless key materialized in a bracelet (4) that, as shown in figure 1 includes several closing eyelets (5) to allow its adaptation to the user's wrist, bracelet that is disposable and incorporates an RFID chip (6) and that it is equipped with the corresponding closure clip (7) selectively interlockable in any of the eyelets (5).

Said bracelet is supplied, upon payment, by means of a dispenser that can be autonomous or automatic, where the disposable bracelet (4) in question is preconfigured with an electronic code that allows the user to present it in any box or box office (11 '), specifically against the electronic lock of this and obtain with it the key that will allow said user to open / close it at his will.

In figure 3 the box (1) with holes (8) can be observed for anchoring or fixing to any furniture, wall or place where implantation is deemed convenient, so that both in the box (1) of figures 2 and 3 as in the ticket office (1 ') of figure 4, optionally, and represented in dashed lines, an aseptic vaporizer system (9) can be incorporated, in the case of being used in sanitary centers, seeing in said figure 4 as the box office (1 ') incorporates the corresponding hinges (10) for tilting in the opening and closing maneuvers through the anchoring system (11) of the lock (2).
