Abstract

La invención hace referencia a un dispositivo de posicionamiento (7) para posicionar un quemador de gas (4) en o junto a una encimera de cocción (2), con una o varias secciones de engranaje (8) que están configuradas para engranar en arrastre de forma en una abertura (6) de una bandeja base (3) de la encimera de cocción (2), donde el dispositivo de posicionamiento (7) está hecho de un material de plástico.

de alojamiento 11 de la carcasa de quemador 5 de tal forma que ésta no puede bascular de manera relativa a la bandeja base 3.
Cada sección de engranaje 8 presenta preferiblemente uno o varios brazos de engranaje 12, 13 deformables elásticamente. Tal y como muestran las figuras 3 y 4, cada sección de engranaje 8 presenta, a modo de ejemplo, dos brazos de engranaje 12, 13 deformables elásticamente y dispuestos uno enfrente del otro. Los brazos de engranaje 12, 13 tienen forma de cuña, y están realizados como ganchos de encaje elástico. Al introducirse a presión la sección de engranaje 8 en la abertura 6 de la bandeja base 3, los brazos de engranaje 12, 13 se deforman elásticamente y encajan elásticamente por detrás de la abertura 6. Para ello, en cada uno de los brazos de engranaje 12, 13 está previsto un bisel de inserción 14.
Tal y como muestra también la figura 1, junto a cada sección de engranaje 8 puede estar previsto un dispositivo de resorte 15, el cual esté realizado preferiblemente en una pieza en cuanto al material con la sección de engranaje 8. El dispositivo de resorte 15 está realizado, por ejemplo, como resorte de láminas, y pretensa el dispositivo de posicionamiento 7 contra la bandeja base 3, evitándose así que el dispositivo de posicionamiento 7 se descentre o se tambalee.
La figura 5 muestra una vista lateral esquemática de otra forma de realización de un dispositivo de posicionamiento 7, y la figura 6 muestra el dispositivo de posicionamiento 7 en vista esquemática en perspectiva. La forma de realización del dispositivo de posicionamiento 7 según las figuras 5 y 6 se diferencia de la forma de realización del dispositivo de posicionamiento 7 según las figuras 3 y 4 en que cada sección de engranaje 8 presenta únicamente un brazo de engranaje 12 deformable elásticamente a modo de resorte.
Las figuras 7 y 8 muestran en cada caso otra forma de realización de un dispositivo de posicionamiento 7 en vista esquemática en perspectiva. El dispositivo de posicionamiento 7 según las figuras 7 y 8 se diferencia de las formas de realización del dispositivo de posicionamiento 7 descritas anteriormente en que este dispositivo de posicionamiento 7 presenta una o varias clavijas de accionamiento 16, cada una de las cuales está configurada para deformar una sección de engranaje 8 de tal forma que ésta agarre la abertura 6 por detrás. A modo de ejemplo, cada sección de engranaje 8 presenta tres o cuatro brazos de engranaje 12, 13, de los que en la figura 8 únicamente dos van acompañados de símbolo de referencia. Preferiblemente, los brazos de engranaje 12, 13 no presentan biseles de inserción, sino que, introduciéndose a presión la clavija de accionamiento 16, son deformados de tal modo que agarran la abertura 6 por detrás.
