Abstract

Cápsula para la preparación de un extracto de café a partir de café contenido en la cápsula y agua caliente inyectada bajo presión en la cápsula mediante un dispositivo de inyección de agua, dicha cápsula comprendiendo: - un cuerpo tronco cónico (2) que comprende un reborde (3), una pared lateral (4) y una pared de entrada (5), - una pared de distribución inferior (7) herméticamente cerrada al reborde (3) del cuerpo, - una cantidad previamente dosificada de café en la cápsula, en la que la pared de entrada (5) tiene una estructura (801) dispuesta para facilitar la penetración de las cuchillas (20, 21, 22) que pertenecen al dispositivo de inyección, en forma de un grosor reducido (t), comparado con el grosor de la pared lateral (4), por lo menos en un radio (R1) igual al radio (R2) de la trayectoria circular a lo largo de la cual se extienden las cuchillas (20, 21, 22) del dispositivo de inyección, en la que el cuerpo es una pieza integralmente moldeada auto portante, que se extiende por un reborde a modo de flanco (3) y el cuerpo está fabricado de material de polímero, en la que la reducción del grosor se extiende desde el eje central de la cápsula hasta la unión de la pared lateral, en la que la pared de entrada de grosor reducido comprende elementos de refuerzo que se extiende localmente en la pared de entrada para asegurar una rigidez mejorada durante la perforación por las cuchillas (20, 21, 22), en el que la línea circular previamente definida de radio R1 que corresponde a la línea circular de radio R2 para la extensión de las cuchillas está sustancialmente libre de elementos de refuerzo y en la que los elementos de refuerzo se extienden tanto en la pared de entrada como en la pared lateral del cuerpo.
