Sistema y método de gestión de recursos.#Se describe tanto un sistema como un método de gestión de recursos tales como las plazas de aparcamiento basado en un sistema centralizado de gestión de plazas de aparcamiento, estando todo ello interconectado por una red de comunicaciones. El sistema se implementa mediante el método de la invención descrito en este documento, el cual hace uso de una serie de mecanismos para gestionar el acceso y los recursos de un aparcamiento con acceso público.
