Abstract

Horno de solera giratoria (1) de tipo anular para el tratamiento térmico de piezas de trabajo (15), comprendiendo una pared exterior y una interior (2, 3), que delimitan un espacio de horno (6) que presenta al menos una zona de tratamiento (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13), al menos un dispositivo de calentamiento (18) que calienta el espacio de horno (6), una solera giratoria (5) anular y un accionamiento de giro que acciona la solera giratoria (5), proporcionándose en el espacio de horno (6) varios soportes (16), que están dispuestos perimetralmente sobre la solera giratoria (5) anular para el alojamiento o la sujeción de piezas de trabajo (15) introducidas en el espacio de horno (6), presentando la pared exterior (2) al menos una abertura que puede cerrarse para cargar y/o descargar el espacio de horno (6), y estando provisto un correspondiente soporte (16) de elementos de alojamiento (21), que dividen el soporte (16) en al menos dos planos horizontales (17, 17a, 17b, 17c, 17d) para el alojamiento dispuesto en superposición de piezas de trabajo (15), pudiendo alojarse al menos una pieza de trabajo (15) en cada plano horizontal (17, 17a, 17b, 17c, 17d), caracterizado por que al menos entre dos planos horizontales (17, 17a, 17b, 17c, 17d) de un correspondiente soporte (16), hay dispuesto al menos un dispositivo de calentamiento adicional (24a) que calienta las piezas de trabajo (15) sujetadas en los correspondientes planos horizontales (17, 17a, 17b, 17c, 17d), siendo el al menos un dispositivo de calentamiento adicional (24a) un dispositivo de calentamiento accionado eléctricamente, que está conectado eléctricamente con al menos un carril de contacto (25) que se extiende por debajo de la solera giratoria (5).
