The object of the invention is to provide a system whereby the user can comfortably pay the amount for parking in the areas mentioned above, without having to have cash, and quickly and easily.

As is known, the designation by the Town Halls of regulated parking areas is increasingly frequent, in which it is necessary to pay a certain amount for a given parking time, which cannot exceed a pre-established limit, except in the case of residents or other special cases (disabled vehicles, official cars, etc.).

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The regulated parking zone management system proposed by the invention solves the aforementioned problem in a fully satisfactory manner, thanks to a highly effective novel structure.

To this end, it is planned that in each regulated parking space a numbered square control device be integrated, in which a micro controller is established, associated with a radio frequency communications module, as well as with a vehicle detector sensor, counting 40 with a small battery, powered by a photovoltaic plate.

This square control device is intended to additionally include a red / yellow / green LED indicator, which allows the personnel controlling the seats to verify that the vehicle actually parked in said square is legally parked, having made the corresponding payment for the parking service, for example "red" electronic payment, "yellow" payment in cash or credit / debit card (with the corresponding ticket, indicating the number of place occupied) and "green" free space.

The module of radiofrequency communications allows to detect the different expected payment methods, and those that will be discussed later, as well as to communicate with a zone station in which all the information of the places assigned to said zone is centralized.

This zone station could be integrated into the currently existing parking meters, so that it incorporates the necessary electronics to communicate with the different square control devices, with a telephone line, from which to carry out the corresponding transactions Bank

This station is also powered by solar energy, and has 10 programming software to periodically check the communication with the different control devices of places, in order to ensure the correct connection and operation of all equipment.
