Abstract

1.Dispositivo de distribución y rellenado para recipiente aerosol, que comporta un capuchón difusor, una coquilla de válvula con una válvula a resorte accionada por dicho capuchón por medio de una tija hueca de mando que cuenta, al menos, con un paso lateral que pone en comunicación con el interior del recipiente, una cazoleta de montaje y una junta de estanqueidad entre dicha coquilla de válvula y dicha cazoleta de montaje, cuya junta de estanqueidad circunda la comentada tija hueca de mando, caracterizándose porque dicho capuchón difusor, la cazoleta de montaje y la coquilla de válvula forman un conjunto monobloque, presentando un orificio de rellenado en el capuchón y al menos un paso de rellenado entre la tija de mando y la cazoleta de montaje y en la coquilla de la válvula, cuyo capuchón presenta una zona de revolución elásticamente deformable que permite su desplazamiento axial o lateral. 2.Dispositivo de distribución y rellenado para recipiente aerosol, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la zona de revolución elásticamente deformable del capuchón está constituida por una zona de mediano espesor de la pared marginal y la base de dicho capuchón. 3.Dispositivo de distribución y rellenado para recipiente aerosol, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque la base del capuchón comporta un collarete soldado a la cazoleta de montaje y un saliente contra una nervadura de forma complementaria sobre la cara superior de dicha cazoleta de montaje. 4.Dispositivo de distribución y rellenado para recipiente aerosol, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque la coquilla de válvulas comporta una parte superior cilíndrica soldada a la cazoleta de montaje, cuya parte superior presenta un diámetro exterior igual al diámetro evidentemente cilíndrico de la cazoleta de montaje, recibiendo dicha parte superior de la coquilla, cuya parte superior está prolongada por al menos una parte de diámetros exterior e interior respectivamente más pequeños que los diámetros exterior e interior de la parte superior, con formación de un saliente anular interno y la pared de dicha parte superior comporta, al menos, un paso de rellenado. 5.Dispositivo de distribución y rellenado para recipiente aerosol, según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque el saliente anular precitado de la coquilla, comporta una nervadura circular que sirve de apoyo a la junta de estanqueidad dispuesta en la parte superior de dicha coquilla. 6.Dispositivo de distribución y rellenado para recipiente aerosol, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque el capuchón, la cazoleta de montaje y la coquilla de la válvula, están construidos en materia plástica autosoldable. 7.Dispositivo de distribución y rellenado para recipiente aerosol, según notas precedentes, que se caracteriza porque comprende un recipiente conteniendo el producto acondicionado, cuyo recipiente es obturado por el dispositivo de distribución-rellenado, según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6. 8.Dispositivo de distribución y rellenado para recipiente aerosol.
