Thus it is possible to think that an expert in the field could combine both documents by adding the washers and the rope that passes through them to the cover disclosed in document D02, since by combination of both documents D02 and D03, the invention lacks inventive activity for claim 2 according to article 8.1 of Patent Law 11/1986. Another document to consider is document D04 in which a pool cover formed by a series of panels 10 that can be of any size made of water-resistant polystyrene foam painted light blue is disclosed. Therefore, taking into account what is disclosed in document D04 it is considered that the invention lacks inventive activity for claims 1, 8, 10, 11 and 12.
