2. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement

The invention concerns a disposable syringe, with a plunger, with a body at the end of which there is a support for coupling the needle body, in which there is an axial plug located opposite the hole of the syringe body, axially movable between a perimeter highlight and an annular highlight. On the inside of the taco there is a conical trunk section with a stop step and on the outside of the taco there is a cavity with a throttle in which the needle head is attached. The piston has an axial passage with an end section of smaller diameter that determines a step. The closest technique document is D01 in which a syringe with a body (2) is disclosed at the end of which

(6) there is a step (14) and to which the needle is attached. There is also a block with a conical engagement element (12) that has axial displacement stops (15) and has “steps” (11) of different inclination thanks to which the inclination of the needle occurs when it is inside of the body (2) of the syringe. The technical effect produced by these "steps" (11) is the same as that produced by the oblique perimeter step (8) of the invention. Furthermore, in the document of the invention there is an additional annular projection that also functions as a stop but it is considered that there is no added advantage of the existence of this projection. Thus, the differences noted between the invention and document D01 are mere design variations. In document D01 it is also disclosed that a cylinder (9) where the needle is attached is attached in the block. On the other hand, head needles are known in the prior art as can be seen in D02. This document discloses a needle (8) with a head (10) that is housed in a cavity (32) in which it is retained. If we replace this needle retention system instead of the cylinder (9) of D01, we have disclosed all the features in the State of the Art that the invention possesses. Therefore, the combination of D01 and D02 is possible. According to claim 3 the block also has an axial passage with a lateral branch through which the fluid would pass. This design feature is known in the state of the art and is already disclosed in document D03. Thus, for the foregoing, the invention lacks inventive activity for claims 1 to 3 taking into account documents D01 and D02 according to article 8.1 of Patent Law 11/1986.
