Abstract

Agricultural machine planer automotive.

The object of the present invention is an automotive planer agricultural machine for flat or hill agricultural land, passage areas and similar surfaces, both level and rugged. Said automotive planer agricultural machine is suitable for the collection of olives or nuts in general, for example, hazelnuts, almonds, nuts or chestnuts, which fall on the ground after reaching their level of maturation. This agricultural machine represents the missing link between a shaking machine and a collecting machine for medium-large companies. Few embodiments of similar products are known in the state of the art. An example of a known device is described in French patent application no. FR000002783393. This is intended for a device comprising an articulated pole and a brush with articulation. Said brush is connected to the shaft by means of a head endowed with articulation, in order to facilitate brushing in different directions of the fruit and eliminate impurities present in it. Another example of application is described in US Patent Application No. US000004033100, which aims at an automotive brushing machine that includes advance means and a brush arm with a broom plate at one end. Said broom plate is characterized by the fact that it forms an angle of about 10 ° with respect to the horizontal plane and has rotating brushes in contact with the step plane.

In the state of the art, brushing machines with and without motors suitable for limited use in small family-owned agricultural businesses are currently known, in addition they are of rudimentary construction and with low collection capacity.

As is easy to imagine, these machines have multiple drawbacks: they are used exclusively on well-leveled land and, even in the presence of slight irregularities, cause product losses. In addition, a maneuvering arm with a rigid broom plate does not allow effective brushing of the area in the immediate vicinity of the trunk of the fruit trees and the driveway of the machine.

The objective of the present invention is to present an automotive planer agricultural machine suitable for very varied surfaces, such as flat and hill farm soils. This machine allows greater possibilities of maneuvering, in particular, in the immediate vicinity of the trunks of fruit trees, and simple maintenance, and has characteristics such that it does not damage the products that are in contact with the brushes, such as picked fruits or The trunks of fruit trees. Said brushing machine moves the product to easier areas for collection as it hits the ground by means of a tilting broom plate with flexible rotating bristles.

The innovation of the present invention achieves the pre-set objectives since it is an automotive planer agricultural machine that includes a motor device with articulation in the barycenter and with hydraulic actuation, a broom arm, a broom plate and a group of arm of Interception of the product with the corresponding brush and with the characteristics detailed in claim 1.

These and other advantages will appear throughout the detailed description of the invention that will make specific reference to drawings 1/3 to 3/3, in which an exemplary preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, absolutely not limiting. In particular:

The agricultural automotive brushing machine comprises a driving device with articulation in the barycenter and with hydraulic actuation, at least one hydraulic circuit of hydroguide, a broom arm (11), a group of product interception arm and the corresponding brush (19) , a broom plate (14), and is characterized by the fact that said broom plate (14) is connected to the broom arm (11) by a tilting joint

Said broom plate (14) comprises a series of bristle fixing collars (24) and a series of flexible bristles (13) characterized by the fact that said flexible bristles (13) are at least pass through in a collar of fixation (24) and are arranged forming a bucket on the perimeter of the broom plate (14), as indicated in Figure 5.

Said product interception arm group (19) comprises an interception pole and an inverted bucket brush with semi-rigid bristles characterized by the fact that said product interception brush, with reduced dimensions with respect to the broom plate (14), is placed at one end of the interception pole with bristles in contact with the ground. In addition, said product interception brush rotates clockwise and counterclockwise (25) around its barycenter, as indicated in Figure 14.

Said product interception arm (19) moves in solidarity with the broom arm (11) in order to intercept the product present in the ground to prevent it from accumulating under the broom plate (14) and / or crushed by the wheels.

Said broom arm (11) is moved by the operator by means of a control unit (8) that triggered

Said agricultural automotive brushing machine is very flexible in the movements by means of the broom arm (18), the tilting joint (12) and a driving device with joint in the barycenter (6). Said driving device with articulation in the barycenter (6) is driven by a four-wheel hydraulic feed system that includes: a hydraulic transmission pump (2), an engine (1), a hydraulic oil reservoir (4), a hydraulic oil cooling radiator (7), characterized in that said hydraulic transmission pump

(2) is connected to the motor (1) and is responsible for circulating and giving pressure to the hydraulic oil contained in the circuit.

A control hydroguide regulates the passage of the oil under pressure on one side or the other of a piston (17) articulated to a lever and, depending on the speed and the angle of rotation of the steering wheel, allows the driving of the driving device to the right. left, as indicated in Figure 3 with the numeral (20); if there is no maneuver in progress, the oil returns to the hydraulic oil tank (4) from which the pump is fed (2) and a cooling radiator (7) lowers the temperature of the hydraulic oil under pressure.

The advantages of the automotive brushing machine object of the invention are evident: fl exibility of using the machine on level and unleveled land, increasing both the capabilities of brushed products and the surface covered by brushing activity, high workability, maintenance simple when replacing the bristles of the broom plate, as well as reduction of labor in agricultural activities and working times, for example, in the cleaning of large esplanades.

Claims (15)

1. Agricultural automotive brushing machine comprising a driving device, at least one broom arm (11) and at least one broom plate (14), characterized in that

•

said broom plate (14) is connected to the broom arm (11) by the tilting joint (12);

•

said broom plate (14) has a series of bristle fixing collars (24) on the perimeter of the broom plate (14) and a series of bristles (13) arranged in the shape of a bucket, passing through at least one collar of fixation (24);

•

said broom arm (11) articulated at least at one point (O), rotates both on a horizontal plane

(23) as on a vertical plane (22). 2. Agricultural automotive brushing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said broom plate (14) rotates clockwise and counterclockwise (21) around its barycenter, driven by a double rotation hydraulic motor (15).

Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement In the main claim, the invention discloses, in its main claim, an automotive agricultural machine, which includes a driving device, a broom arm articulated at least at one point, which rotates in the horizontal and vertical plane, and to which a broom plate is connected. by means of a tilting joint, which has bristle fixing collars arranged in the shape of a bucket. In its dependent claims the technical characteristics related to the existence of an additional arm of interception of the product extended by the floor, of the arm and of the broom plate, of the actuation of the device, thus the use of the invention are qualified. Based on the search report, no relevant documents of the state of the art were found that contain technical characteristics similar to those described in the document under review. Documents D01 and D02 correspond to similar sweeping machines of products scattered on the ground, specifically citrus fruits, which consist of a pivoting broom arm and a broom plate in which the technical characteristics of the bristles are not specified, but which if they are equipped with a tilting movement and driven by a hydraulic motor, which in this case is not double retention; both devices also lack product interception brushes. The set of documents D03, D04 and D05 correspond to systems for fixing bristles to brushes, but these lack fixing collars as claimed in the main document. The mobile device for harvesting fruits and nuts claimed in document D05 consists of two broom plates that work in one direction only, and has an interception arm of the product that rotates in the opposite direction to the previous ones, although the rest of the characteristics differ from those disclosed in the main document.
