Reposa-barbillas móvil para violines.Mobile chin rest for violins

The mobile violins bar rest is a solution for the coupling difficulties that violinists have when fixing their position, between the chin and the clavicle to the instrument. To avoid having to add a pad to compensate for distances, a simple mechanism is presented today that integrates the possibility of moving the position or height of the casserole (4) of the chin rest, which makes the fixed structure of said mobile casserole.

Description

Reposa-barbillas móvil para violines.Mobile chin rest for violins

Objetivo de la invenciónObject of the invention

The main objective of the present invention is to get the casserole (4) from chin rest which usually carry all violins in their fixed version, can be coupled at will to the user dimensions without having to sharpen a pad, or a towel, in that area of the violin.

Antecedentes de la invenciónBackground of the invention

The mobile violins chin rest is a solution to the problems imposed by the fixed structure that is added to the violin's rear zim, which always has a casserole (4) where the violinist attaches his chin This allows him to make a pressure on the instrument to be fixed to its clavicle. This is also what prevents the left hand from having to devote itself to the task of holding the instrument since this task reduces the possibilities (its execution. The usual thing is that, this structure that is added to the violins, -and the instruments Strings in general that have a similar shape to that of the violin-, be a fixed structure that also keeps the position of the casserole (4) fixed, which forces the musician to add a wipe to compensate for the distances. it is presented, it adds the mechanism that converts, to this fixed structure, into a mobile structure, which allows the distance from the chin to the casserole to be adjusted at will. There is nothing more to add a mobile structure (4, 6, 8) , which is attached to the fixed structure (2, 3, 9, 10), which we have placed in the rear area of the violin. A wheel (5) that has a small cogwheel (7) connected to it will move the thread (6) of an axis that will raise or descend l to casserole (4) of the chin rest.

Descripción de la invenciónDescription of the invention

The mobile violin bar rest is a simple remedy for the support that a violinist needs to have on his chin, the one that holds his instrument (1) against the clavicle, to make enough pressure on it to fix it well on his position and that allows you to have your independent left hand, while that also allows you to perform a free and comfortable performance in your concerts. The usual use of violinists is to add a wipe, or a pad, -between the chin and the casserole (4) of the chin rest that is usually installed on the violin-, so that it reduces -in two or three centimeters- , the distance from the shoulder to the chin. To avoid having to add something, a mechanism is presented today that is included in the Violin-Chin Rest, which allows the height of the casserole (4), -where the chin rests-, can be modified at will and attached to the perfection to the user's measurements, that is, the distance that the violinist has between his chin and his collarbone. The mechanism consists of two metal structures, -or, of any other solid material-, which are coupled to each other. One of the structures is the one that is fixed to the violin (2, 3, 9, 10), and the other is the one that moves over the fixed structure (4, 6, 8). This mobile structure is the one that the user can regulate at will to place it in the optimal position that prevents him from having to make an extra effort with his neck and with his head, which can result in excessive fatigue, which is what affects to performance-.

The mobile chin rest for violins, is a solution to the problem that a violinist has to when resting your chin on your instrument and fit it well so that the left hand does not have to perform that task of support. To avoid having to add something, today a mechanism that is included in the chin rest of the violin, which allows the height of the casserole (4), -where Chin rest-, can be modified at will and attached to the perfection to the user's measurements. As seen in the figures, is a simple mechanism that uses a cogwheel (7) to move a threaded shaft (6) which is the central axis of another shaft horizontal that has two other perpendicular axes (8) in the extremes This metal structure is what it forms, properly said, the mobile structure of the mechanism. These ends (8) of the shaft horizontal are introduced in the holes (9) of the vertical axes (3) of another fixed metal structure (3), which is the one that attaches to the violin using the metal shafts (2), which extend towards in front and they are located in the inner zone of the violin's edge These axes (2), have the curvature that demands the shape of the violin (1) in the area where they will be coupled, even if they are not observed thus in the drawing of the figures. Between this »two axes (3) with hollow, there is a metal plate (10) that fixes them in position, and, which has a hole - the number (11) of figure 3, which means by its proximity to the axle (11) of the small cogwheel (7) -, at a point near the central zone, where it will be crossed the axle (11) that joins the large wheel (5) - which is that with which the user will move the mechanism-, and the cogwheel small (7), which will move the thread (6) of the central ge of the metal structure, which is coupled, with its vertical axes (8), in the gaps (9) of the fixed metal structure. So when the user roll the large wheel (5), the small and cogwheel (7) to which it is attached, will move the thread (6) of the central axis of the mobile structure and will ascend the casserole (4) where it will rest comfortably the violinist's chin, this one that will look like this set in its new position.
