Abstract
Composición alguicida floculante, constituida
por los siguientes elementos en las proporciones que se
describen:
- Sulfato de aluminio
\dotl21%
- Sulfato de cobre
\dotl28,5%
- Bisulfato sódico
\dotl9,3%
- Ácido etilendiaminotetracetíco
\dotl12,5%
- Tierra diatomea
\dotl28,7%,
en el que Perlite es el nombre químico y la
marca de Filtraflo 4201 o Dicalite 4201.
Description
Composición alguicida floculante.
La invención, tal como expresa el enunciado de
la presente memoria descriptiva, se refiere a una composición
alguicida floculante.
Más en particular, el objeto de la invención se
centra en una composición alguicida floculante especialmente
aplicable para el tratamiento del agua de las piscinas en orden a
evitar en ella, mediante su vertido regular cada cierto tiempo, la
aparición de algas.
En la actualidad, y como referencia al estado
de la técnica, cabe señalar que, si bien son conocidos numerosas
composiciones alguicidas destinadas al mismo fin, por parte del
solicitante se desconoce la existencia de ninguna otra composición
que presente unas características semejantes a las que presenta la
que aquí se preconiza.
De forma concreta la composición alguicida
floculante que se preconiza, está constituida por los siguientes
elementos en las proporciones que se describen:
- Sulfato de aluminio
\dotl21%
- Sulfato de cobre
\dotl28,5%
- Bisulfato sódico
\dotl9,3%
- Ácido etilendiaminotetracetíco
\dotl12,5%
- Tierra diatomea
\dotl28,7%,
en el que Perlite es el nombre químico y la
marca de Filtraflo 4201 o Dicalite 4201.
Respecto a dichos compuestos hay que señalar
que cada uno de ellos cumple una función específica en orden a
conseguir unos resultados óptimos del alguicida.
Así, el sulfato de aluminio flocula las
partículas de polvo existentes en el agua para conseguir que el
agua sea totalmente clara.
El sulfato de cobre controla la aparición de
hongos y algas en el agua de la piscina.
El bisulfato sódico ayuda a controlar el nivel
de pH del agua de la piscina, para que permanezca neutro.
El ácido etilendiaminotetracetíco evita que el
sulfato de cobre manche la piscina.
Finalmente, la tierra diatomea se utiliza para
conseguir una mejor filtración de los filtros de tierra propios de
la piscina.
La composición que la presente invención
preconiza tiene la ventaja de no ser un agente oxidante, tal como
ocurre con el cloro, lo cual repercute en una mejor filtración de
la tierra diatomea al ser depositada sobre la tierra del filtro de
la piscina.
Hay que señalar que se ha comprobado que mejora
el resultado en una amplia gama de filtros de tipo estándar.
La descrita composición alguicida floculante
representa, pues, una estructura innovadora de características
estructurales y constitutivas desconocidas hasta ahora para tal
fin, razones que unidas a su utilidad práctica, la dotan de
fundamento suficiente para obtener el privilegio de exclusividad
que se solicita.

1. Composición alguicida floculante,
caracterizada por el hecho de estar constituida por los
siguientes elementos en las proporciones que se describen:
- Sulfato de aluminio
\dotl21%
- Sulfato de cobre
\dotl28,5%
- Bisulfato sódico
\dotl9,3%
- Ácido etilendiaminotetracetíco
\dotl12,5%
- Tierra diatomea
\dotl28,7%.
