Abstract

Monobloc bath system for the recovery, accumulation and recycling of wastewater for reuse in domestic uses that do not require potability. It consists of a system for recovery, recycling and accumulation of water used for reuse. It is generally characterized in that the filtering and decanting, desaponification, disinfection and storage process is carried out in successive cisterns intercommunicated by overflows, located around or inside the walls that wrap the shape of a tub glass taking advantage of wasted holes (figures 1, 2 , and 4). Applying the same principle, a monobloc bathtub is introduced that incorporates the system (figure 3). The water - thus recovered - will allow a second domestic use that does not require potability, especially in tanks and cisterns of toilets, cleaning of floors and irrigation of plants in pots. This invention also makes useful spaces that every bathtub conceals in the bathrooms. Figures 1, 2 (floor) and 4 (section) show the arrangement of its pieces. Figure 3 shows the monobloc bathtub. Successive tanks, uncovered, are listed as 1,2,3,4 and 5. The letters r, b, t, v, indicate the overflows, pumps, tubes and vessel, respectively.

Description

Bath system for recovery, accumulation and recycling of wastewater for reuse in domestic uses that Do not require drinking water.

As summarized in the presentation, the present invention, refers to a system for accumulation and recycling of used water from personal hygiene (washbasin, shower and bath) and others like clothes washers.

The advantages of this invention are specific. in the face of saving and dispensing with water, which would mean:

--
Limit in homes, the consumption of drinking water to human needs of a vital nature by redundant thus to the consumption in a building, a city, a country, etc. definitely benefiting humanity.

--
Water reuse used to second domestic uses that do not require potability and therefore: saving drinking water and costs for the consumer.

--
Use of wasted spaces and hidden by bathtubs in bathrooms, like location of the recycling and accumulation system.
Antecedentes de la invenciónBackground of the invention

Water for being a natural good, a sign of life, scarce at present, it cannot be wasted and to despise

There are currently inventions for a second use of water, in homes, but without solutions for location of your deposits.

The idea of the invention starts from this fact. Why not use holes and hidden spaces in the same room as bath, when the liquidity of the water allows it and adapts to any way? This is how the shape of the bathtub was defined thus the location, as well as immediacy for the whole process: its recovery, recycling and accumulation, just as it does invention. The storage capacity of about 140 liters in Standard bathtubs

Therefore the invention would not only mean a savings and economy in the use of drinking water, but also the use of spaces, today useless, without occupying more space than is necessary for any existing bathtub in the market.

tra.

Descripción del proceso recicladorDescription of the recycling process

The glass of the bathtub pours its used water content -from the shower or bath- by gravity and directly through its drain in the tank 1 located below the glass, to which the ones coming from other devices are also attached. This tank 1 will accumulate the water until it reaches level n ; of a probe will drive the impeller pump to bring the water to the tank 2 .

In tank 2 , the water used to settle is accumulated. The pipeline that conducts the water from the tank 1 , pours the liquid over a millimeter mesh that serves as a filter and retention of solid elements (soap pieces, sandstones, etc.) and other suspended organics such as hair, hair, etc. . Any other smaller solid that has been able to pass the sieve will remain at the bottom.

The tank 2 , communicates with the tank 3 , by means of an overflow r layered by which it pours part of the decanted water, as it reaches the level and accumulates in the tank 3 for the de-saponification phase. With the help of a chemical additive. The waste from this operation can be recovered so that - in certain quantities - they can be recycled for soaps and detergents for industrial use.

Tanks 4 and 5 , connected by overflow, will receive recycled water - not potable - for its accumulation and disposal, for a second use.

The object of dividing into two compartments of accumulation will allow, in the future, to incorporate a phase of simple disinfection for water that is not poured into the toilet.

The recycled water will remain accumulated in the tank 5 , of greater capacity, will automatically and directly driven by a pump driven by a probe, through the tube t , the flow necessary to fill the tank of the toilet, each time it is emptied. From the same tube t that will have a tap, recycled water can be supplied to fill containers for cleaning floors, such as watering potted plants, etc.

do.
The toilet tank will maintain its power from the normal drinking water network for when the system is empty or paralyzed.
do.
