Abstract

Dispositivo para la medición de la distancia por medio de un láser de semiconductores (11, 208) en la región visible de longitudes de onda según el procedimiento de tiempo de propagación, donde se determina la distancia entre el aparato de medición de la distancia (10) y el objeto, cuya posición debe determinarse, a partir de la longitud del tiempo transcurrido entre la emisión y la recepción de una señal de modulación del láser como valor para la distancia, con un objetivo de colimación (228) para la concentración del haz de rayos de medición (12) emitidos, con una disposición de circuito para la modulación de la radiación de medición, con un objetivo de recepción (15) para el registro y reproducción del haz de rayos de medición (17) reflejado en el objeto sobre una instalación de recepción (16) y con una instalación de evaluación (20) para la determinación y representación de la distancia medida con relación al objeto, caracterizado porque la disposición de circuito para la modulación dela radiación de medición y la instalación de evaluación se pueden conmutar a dos tipos de funcionamiento diferentes, donde se modula, en el primer tipo de funcionamiento, con una primera frecuencia (f1/n) y en el segundo tipo de funcionamiento con una segunda frecuencia (f1), que están en una relación n de número entero entre sí, y porque la señal reflejada se multiplica en el primer tipo de funcionamiento por una tercera frecuencia (f2/n) y en el segundo tipo de funcionamiento por una cuarta frecuencia (f2), antes de que sean muestreadas para la evaluación en el primer tipo de funcionamiento con una primera frecuencia de muestreo (fa1) y en el segundo tipo de funcionamiento con una segunda frecuencia de muestreo (fa2), donde la primera frecuencia de muestreo (fa1) es la diferencia de la cuarta (f2) y de la segunda frecuencia (f1) y la segunda frecuencia de muestreo (fa2) es una fracción de número entero (:q) de la segunda frecuencia (f1).
